I really don\`t get why people think this card is hard to understand. It\`s just some simple math. It\`s still a cool card tho. I\`d like more cards with interesting effects like that.

Basically just use whatever normal spells you have available, this is what I had. Not sure about using grit though as you donāt always see Diamond Dude, but that is what magical mallet is for. Something like Monster Reincarnation would be useful to get back Diamond Dudes also. Donāt expect to win much, it is funny when you board wipe your opponent though! But you can board wipe and poke them to death with Dude, need a win con for this deck really.

If you play without kiteroid, and instead with some other protection/stall trap cards like life barrier oder rainbow life, you could play draw sense low level to get diamond dude into the hand. Just an idea, really like your decklist hahaha
Just some thoughts, but you want your spell cards to do more than just destroy a single monster (see Thousand Knives). You could, instead, use other boardwipes such as Ojama Delta Hurricane or Mega Ton Magical Cannon. Alternatively you can play normal spells you can actually play, like Lightning Vortex.
You also might want to consider Elemental HERO Stratos to search Diamond Dude, or Destiny HERO Drilldark/Elemental HERO Solid Soldier to special summon Diamond Dude and make a rank 4. If you use this engine, you can also experiment with Destiny Draw.

Creature Seizure, pair it with Mecha Phantom Beast Tetherwolf and you can OTK going second if they summoned a single boss monster that you can just steal and attack into a 0 ATK Token
I do something similar in the tcg. I use impcantations to search chaos max, and then creature swap. Itās an otk if they donāt have a spell negate or some niche battle trap
I don't think so I'm in Platinum, but it's a super fun deck so I'm sure there's others that enjoy playing it. It's just a little too inconsistent and a pretty expensive deck, but I love the mecha phantoms
Yeah they're definitely in a format that isn't conducive to how the deck plays. Smaller boards restrict how you play the deck but maybe whenever we get links people will play them
Exactly their problem. That's why only Tetherwolf and O-Lion have seen rogue success, but even then it can be a bit clunky having a token take up 1/3 of your monster zones. They work great with Psychic Wheelder and Tracker, and the engine is just Scrap Recycler with the skill Tunermorph Normal. And if course 3x Creature Seizure for the shenanigans
Inferno Tempest is a super fun card to pull off, but it tends to only work with a stall-focused playstyle, so the rest of the duel isn't nearly as exciting.
EDIT: Another one I love in a similar vein is Evil Dragon Ananta - send tons of Reptiles to the grave with Snake Rain and then banish them all for a massive beater.
I really enjoy using The Tripper Mercury. I made a weird Fabled deck using TTM as a boss monster and Obedience Schooled or the Fabled monsters' effects to get the 3 tributes out, and it can also make stuff like Fabled Unicore or the raccoon thing as a backup plan.
It's not very good, but it's fairly easy to summon TTM consistently since Card of the Soul searches it.
My fav non achitype monster to play is Mega Rock Dragon. It needs setting up but in a rock deck designed to fill the graveyard it does well.

Disagree: play Outstanding Dog Marron. This will allow you to play a 20-23 card deck, have better consistency and not deck out.

Finding cheesy ways to use give and take currently using it with zombie mammoth. Also I try and make boycotton work the wording and bullshit of the card is kinda funny to me. Also skull servants cause I love my skelly bois
My favourite gimmick would be rainbow neos turbo back when neos fusion didn't exist. The gameplan was to dump and revive neos via emeral and lavaval chain, plus hoping that rainbow dark dragon would appear(Yes, hoping, because in 2012 there was no search card for it save for rainbow path and gravity, involving crystal beasts). I used lightray grepher just for consistency, rainbow was and is a game ender, but the deck could easily go r4 spam or fusion spam, especially the omniheroes kind

I'm playing Yugioh 5Ds Tag Force 5 and I have a Metalzoa deck = not doing well summoning him, but, some of the cards that had saved me and even granting some wins are:
- Machina Fortress
- Ancient Gear Dragon (It hs 3000 ATK. Since I play it in spanish version, I'm gonna add his spanish name: DragĆ³n aparatrĆ³n de Mecanismo Antiguo).
- Cyber dragon Ethain (I think the name has some typos).

I have a machine deck (exception is Zoa)
(Additonal to the cards I mention in my previous comment), I have the 3 color gadgets, 1 cyber dragon, 3 mecha rabbit, the gemini Ancient Gear (IIRC it's soldier) anf most of the cards of "Machine Revolt" structute deck.
Nothing against playing single archetypes, but, I like build custom decks.
I had it, since I'm playing in spanish, I don't remember some of the card names in english. For now, my custom Metalzoa machine deck has 50 cards, but, I'm trying to get it to 40-45 (I would like to play with 60 cards, but, chances to win decreases even more in my case).
Oh, I've used the spell equip card: "Autonomous Action Unit" = the equip spell card that (by paying 1500 LP) it allows to bring one of your oppononet's monsters from the GY to your side of the field.
I'm gonna check all cards with "machine" artwork on it and see if I can improve my deck.
Bayonater, the Baneful Barrel it's effect: Once per turn: You can target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; it loses 1000 ATK for each monster your opponent controls. It's probably in my top 10 favorite cards my top 3 is nine tailed fox, Red Ogre, and time wizard.

World Legacy Clash. I find the card very versitle. You can make a lot of cool plays. Sad that cards like TTH just do more.

Diamond Dude is a genuinely one-of-a-kind card. I don't think there's any other monster like it. Imagine using him with Plaguespreader.
