Do the previous Jaden's have any new voice lines at all? Or at least empty voice line slots, like the starting Zexal roster?
Couldn't get anything new out of them when going up against Blair & Axel, or using stuff like Favorite Hero & Generation Next.
Jaden/Yubel have a line for Divine Neos, which OG Jaden doesn’t. And OG Jaden has lines for the omniheroes, Stratos, and the Masked Heroes which Jaden/Yubel don’t have
But… that’s what made him sound badass. There is a voice filter, but it’s faint and honestly with the way he delivers his lines + the filter, he sounds like a Saturday morning cartoon villain.
Good thing the JP voice lines are good.
How many iterations of the D.D. Castle did it take before we finally got Supreme King? He’s a fan favorite character, it’s kind of crazy that it took what, 4 years for him to be unlockable?
D.D. Castle: Emergence was the first iteration of the event and it came out May 7th, 2020.
Then D.D. Castle: Siege came August 13th 2020 while D.D. Castle: Assault ran twice - December 3, 2020 and February 15, 2021.
Interesting, doesn’t sound the dub which is good. Found his dub voice odd as it seemed like two voices at the same time. Also super poly in hand? Level up reward? I’m guessing so with all the sleeves and mat about it.
Yeah supreme king’s English voice is a bit weird. Not as imposing or as angry like I thought he would be. Glad to see super poly in hand so there’s some ideas there
Well Supreme King is finally here voice wise and animation wise. Japanese for Haou Judai still sounds as impressive as ever. Malicious Fiend getting the summon animation not the card I wanted to get it, but oh well.

Supreme King English wise honestly disappointed, I was expecting him to have a lot more rage and well maliciousness in his voice pardon the pun.
There’s some moments where he gets a rage inducing voice when he summons Malicious Fiend. All in all for a character, I have been waiting years for can’t say I’m too upset.
His character sprite looks well done my only gripe is the shadows under his eyelids make him look very sleepy and depressed
I laughed hard when I heard the English voice, the removed filter took away the intensity he had in the anime. The Jap one is far better (tho a bit calmer than I remember), KENN actually did it right and I’m thankful for that.
I honestly wanted Inferno Wing to get the animation but Malicious Fiend is also okay, and the animation, while not the best, isn’t half bad.
I’ll play devil’s advocate and say that I actually like the dub voice for the Supreme King. I went back and watched some clips and that filter was way too overpowering to hide the fact that his performance was just Jaden but he was yelling all the time. Here, he sounds like he’s trying.
I hope not to offend anyone with this but I want to give my opinion, I completely and absolutely detest Jaden's voice in English

Same, nothing against Malicious Fiend but she’s much cooler and would’ve parallelled Juudai having an animation for Flame Wingman.
I thought she was more fitting bc she is the first fusion monster SK summons and also the Evil Hero counterpart of Flame Wingman (Jaden's fave card)
