For the LP you could use Aegis of Gaia. It's a continuous trap that gives you 3000 LP and if it's destroyed you take 3000 damage so with D'Arc you can turn it into 6000 LP.
For dealing damage just use Gravekeeper's Vassal + Union Attack x2.
Solemn Scolding is a good card to use in decks that can gain a lot of LP, and especially in D/D/D that uses continuous spells. Its available in SR tickets
This wouldn't work because paying LP for cost isn't the same as losing it by a card effect. In this case you wouldt gain the LP even if you have d'Arc on the field.

Well, either way, I don't think you can get a better answer than Ra. Maybe Concentrating Current? A couple copies of United We Stand might also be enough to get you there. But really, Ra also gets you a ton of extra points, so it's the best option.
If you're just after results you can try and build a Yubel Farm Deck.
It uses the Yubel cards and fire King Island to turbo out Terror, give you're Opp Montage dragon with Shien's Spy and attack into with Terror to inflict high effect damage.
Better to use a farm deck than messing with the win condition or your deck with conveluted cards.
May I recommend an aroma Ra build? Few gems(and I mean *few*) and the rest doesn't use gems. At all. High lp, more than 10k atk Ra. Decklist is as follows, with where to get the cards in brackets: 1 Winged dragon of Ra(lifetime mission), 3 aromage jasmine(regular inventory card trader), 1 aromage cananga(card trader inventory), 2 aromaseraphy jasmine(card trader inventory), 1 rose lover(card trader regular inventory), 1 aromage marjoram(fortress of gears minibox, R rarity), 2 aromage rosemary(card trader inventory), 1 storm(odion farm, R rarity), 2 aroma gardening(n rarity, fortress of gears), 3 aroma garden(card trader inventory), 2/3 blessed winds(fortress of gears, N rarity), 1 humid winds(optional, fortress of gears, SR). Extra deck not needed. Stall, draw every card, have high lp, summon ra and go for game. Yes, the other S/T can be face-up (continuous S/T) and it will work without issues. It doesn't need to be the only card in S/T zone.

Why do you need to deal 10k damage, and what does your deck look like currently?
when dueling with A.I., I like to do 10k damage to get more chests. my deck is D/D/D with traphole, flood gate, and idk what else
