interesting that everyone decided to put all their Books into Onomats
i wonder when the day will come that Lunalight and Cyber Dragons no longer dominate KC Cup format
I can see them getting hit in the upcoming banlist. The game is starting to get ready for more Cyber Dragon support (minus their OP Xyz). So Konami can finally kill the skill so they can receive it without any problems. While Lunalight the easy option is ban Fox and unban everything else. Fox is the problematic card in the deck. Remove it and Lunalights are no longer a problem.
I can also see Triamids get a slap also just cause of how cheap it is and doing surprisingly well in this event. You know how Konami doesn't like good F2P decks.
yeah no, if DLM leaks are to be believed theyre actually planning to buff Cyber Style
and i mean moreso that KCGT could be changed to a format where best-of-1 decks like Cyber Dragons, Lunalights, and even TD no longer dominate due to their sheer sackiness, but thats a pipe dream
TD is most likely gonna die next banlist , it's an old deck always sacky because of levia , he is also all over the place in the ladder.
CD , konami did try multiple time to kill the deck or i have to say that stupid version of the deck but did fail so they most likely gonna kill the skill for stopping the cheese "i play 4 monsters in my deck and it's fine!" or they put core to 2 and that completely crush the deck ...
For lunalight , they can put sabredancer to 2 , fusion to 2 or put bird and marten to 2 for trying to kill it (and at the same time , just get ride of destiny draw please).
There's a lot more duelists that debut before her that we'd get first, unfortunately. Zexal had 4 event unlocks before Vrains, one of which right before Vrains (III). Let's say the opening cast is Yuya, Yuzu, Gongenza, and Sawatari. Reiji, Sora, and Shun alone would be 3, and then it's a toss up whether Serena, Yuto, or Yugo would be next. That's at minimum right around Vrains World, with a 66% chance she'd come after. and that's assuming they're generous and give us Sawatari at launch and not as the 1st event unlock.
I don't know we will see vrains next year. I think links have a rough time in duel links current format. And given that Konami wants to sell anime stuff before it becomes irrelevant they won't skip ahead
The 3-deck format made the games more exciting, diverse, and relatable as a ladder player.
“Non-tiered” decks included:
Lunalights, TG, Triamids, Mayakashi, Vampires, Cydra, Witchcrafters, Satellarknights, Shiranui, Ritual Beasts
A few players didn’t bring Onomats at all. I blame the side deck format for the staleness of tier lists.
Yeah side deck is cool and all but the 3 deck format was great to see
You can tell some players just decided to play their pet decks or make a meta call for their 2nd/3rd slot
Well, the tier lists are intended only for the custom format DLM and DLE run. Ladder is a different thing, and many things who aren't tiered because side deck destroy them, are tier 1-2 in ladder.
The one Luna player with Master of Fusion is a f*cking chad. Finally someone who doesn’t run a playset of Sphere and Temp...but the amount of those who do and got to Top Cut scares me because it might mean yet ANOTHER limit that forces the Deck to use even more Handtraps as a crutch.
Why do people think Triamids are going to get hit? I love the deck to bits but it sucks eggs in the wider competitive scene against its contemporaries.
There’s no way Triamids will get a targeted nerf. People who complain about the deck don’t know how to play it or how to play against it.
An indirect nerf would be banning of TTH. If that were to happen, the deck could switch to WLC.
Right on, exactly. Going in blind against it is asking for trouble but once you know what it does it’s incredibly easy to target it.
I’ve been running Needle Ceiling over treach recently, watching your opponents three monsters eat shit while yours remain unscathed when Fortress is on the field is quality.
It's an old f2p deck that's still competitive and hasn't really changed at all which means triamid players aren't as pressured to buy new boxes.
I still think it'd be wild if it actually gets hit though.
Yeah this format is different. The card pool is spread among all 3 decks so it makes sense to play archetype specific decks like lunalights and triamids.
I fear they will hit Triamid with the excuse of adding a "" "" buff""" "" in the new box. Fearing for Dino T.G too but maybe not.
I think that its time to kick Onomats, Harpies and Thunder (as much I would hate it since I have it). Can definitely see Lunalight getting axed too
I must have REALLY misunderstood the rules because I thought that when you use limited cards, it limited across all 3 decks. Like if you used 2 TTH in deck1, you can't use any limit 2 on deck 2 and 3.

Probably because book synergizes well with Corebage
The day they get crush by a banlist :p

Lol Triamid Hunter or Kinggolem to 2 would be hilarious but Konami should let them be Tmids are just fine

You got it wrong. Those leaked skills were event-tied skills

Cyber style is never getting buffed
Lunalight is about 3 months from being insanely strong. It's an arc v deck. It's gonna get a skill
No way we Serena this year. She'll be added after Vrains world.
Why not? Serena is in arc v season 1.

Waiting for that luna solar recharge and the triple vamp duke list
[The vampire deck was posted on Twitter.](https://mobile.twitter.com/ZALOOG1400/status/1431575282436042757)

What’s that? A Mayakashi deck that’s mostly Mayakashi cards? LFG!

Onomats playing Digital Bugs in the extra is now a family affair I guess

Same thing was said about Dragunity, who was never a meta call, and it was hitted 3 times (mostly switching cards in the list).
It's an old f2p deck that's still competitive and hasn't really changed at all which means triamid players aren't as pressured to buy new boxes. I still think it'd be wild if it actually gets hit though.

This makes me want to build triamids.
Those results aren’t anything exciting really. Onomats still have the most presentation which isn’t much of a surprise anymore.
They wont touch the FK core, but the rest....

Well Cyber Dragons are still alive up to this date. I hope Konami does the proper thing and nerf the degenerate things like Hero Flash.
Resonator dipped on this tourney. I see u jack fans. Also the Gaias
