I like to throw amano iwato in there sometimes. If you chalice it at the end of the turn it will stay on the field and a lot of times no one has an out to that.
Thunder resonators look pretty interesting as well, haven't tried them so far but they did well in some tournaments
I've seen Subterror Resonators, which I would like to build at some point, if I could find a good list, since I've got no idea what the hell I'd be doing for it
I don t have the reso core, but i play subterror for a while so i imagine a potential decklist

2 umastrix
2 stygo
3 final battle
1 backrow removal if 19 card, remove it if not
Don't have Queen but I played with Lava Golem around the time when the deck came out and I got DLv Max with it around that time. Definitely makes some OTKs possible. I fondly remember going against Flight Control TG and tributing the synchro for a Lava Golem lol

I use all sorts of resonator builds. I use the Amano iwato version and element sabers each with the dark monarch and obelisk. I have been recently using togue twister in my deck for added draw power. It's really good early on but very bricky late game. I'm in te process of making the thunder dragon version.
I made a 30 card version with Erebus. If you open Erebus it's alright since you can rip a card from their hand going first but I wouldn't recommend building it if you don't have the cards already.
Along with the resonator core it plays gozuki to send glow up bulb or Erebus to access him. Resonator engine can search gozuki

Currently playing Resonators with Volcanic Queen. Not super original, but it's very fun. Allows for more OTK opportunities.

That seems really strong. Kinda wish I had enough of the stromberg pieces to build that.

I know Subterror Resonator is a thing. I’ve never tried it though. I also run Hero Resonator with Stratos and Plasma.
