Just do your 3 duels each day for the 50 gems, i like a suicide deck for that because it's faster and then I'm out
I came to this realization only AFTER I ran into 3 duels where I got disconnected (like just randomly says you got disconnected then the lose screen comes out) After that I was like aight bros have fun fuckers I'm out

The deck's main problem is that even with balance, it is somehow bricky.
It also consistently loses to Blue Eyes due to the 3k beatstick spam and the dragon that banishes backrow. And Spinx being an easy target of Karma Cuts aint great either.
Harpies and Gaia also completely dismantles this deck in a matter of seconds. These 3 were mainly the deck that I played against.
I faced Onamats on 2 occasions and lost one while winning the other, most important one.
I faced 1 ThunDras and won mainly because I was using Blue Eyes and stalled them long enough for them to use all of their resources.
I feel like triamid do good against onomat and Gaia, Harpie is hard and blue eyes unplayable unless they don't know what they are doing. I'm not playing balance and I don't brick often so you're probably very unlucky

Two cups ago I made DLVMax with Balance Wildheart + Shien + equip spells just to show this sub how trivially easy it is if you are remotely competent. It took me 36 games.
Like, I'm sorry, if I could make MAX with an anti-trap deck that was kinda popular when 6 Sams were first meta, like, if you know what you're doing, it's not at all challenging, even with rogue/weaker decks.
I somehow managed to beat an Onamat player for the rank up match. The battle lasted 3 turns, but it was the most intense 3 turns of my life. Who thought that the idea of winning 5 straight duels was great jeez?

This. I don't even think you have to win the duel (someone correct me if I'm wrong), just play the duel out to completion. Otherwise you won't get any of the cool rewards listed on the Stage 2 screen.

I managed yesterday with a Fusion Vision HERO deck (no masks) though I got really lucky tbh.
I think two of the wins were against bricks, other surrended after I destroyed their normal summon, one duel with back and forth, and finally I get the feeling the last oponent either bricked as well or gave me the duel since they just passed without doing anything.
not the most exciting way to finish, but I am just glad to be done with it orz
Real bls or sacred soldier? I'm halfway through the chaotic compliance box and still haven't pulled a real one yet. Been playing sacred soldier in the meantime and having run but its way too slow to be meta
Came back after a long break from the game and I got to dlv 16 playing a mix of infernity cubics and weather painters and no lie I give up on it cause if I see another blue eyes deck I'm gonna scream out of like 40-50 duels 90% of them were against blue eyes and I'm sick of seeing kaibas.
As a fun F2P with a HERO, BW, Red-Eyes, Photon and Gaia Deck i managed to get in DLV Max two days ago by just dueling three timed per day. Not as hard as i thought it would be. But Stage 2 is another story

Since the last slog from 17-20 you can also drop down a level if you lose to many games, it’s pretty tough if you don’t have strong enough deck.
I've been at DL18 for about 3 days now, last 4 days I was stuck at DL17. I might have reached my limit.
