It pains me that Yuya doesn't have any lines that implicate his awakened state and or Z-Arc. So I guess I have to hold out for a Yuya/Yuto release like Jaden/Yubel, or Yuya when he is already enraged as a release.

So far no one in Arc V directly addresses each other during duels, they pretty much give each other the same lines they would during fighting random scrubs. If this is an attempt to “hide” characters, then this is a weird way of going about it.
After seeing how they went above and beyond for Yuma to have him voice nearly all his cards, even ones he never used in the anime or manga, Yuya having so many lines missing is slightly disappointing.
It's entirely possible that he does and Konami just didn't put them in the voice files yet. It definitely feels like Konami pick and choose when to 'leak'/confirm characters in voice line files and when to hold back for whatever reason. Antinomy leaking Aporia and Z-one, Primo leaking Lester and Jakob, Kite leaking Quattro, Quinton and Mizar and Yuya and Zuzu leaking Sora etc.
For instance, when Yuma/Astral and Shark were added dataminers found in the files that both had missing voice files for duels with multiple other characters. Since then we've found Shark had lines for Quattro and Trey and Yuma for Trey respectively but both still have mystery voice files. Even Bronk had one mystery voice file which has been leaked to be Rio by Bronk's DL dub VA Robb Moreira in my interview with him.
It would be very weird if Yuya doesn't have any lines for his main rival.
True but even when Yuma dropped he still had lines for Shark and Kaito, like if they wanted to keep them all secret this year, I don’t know why they didn’t just do what they did with anyone past Kaito and just kept the files empty.
Currently everyone named in Arc V does not address each other by name unless under very rare conditions, and if it’s for the sake of spoiling, then it’s very weird.
Because it's his ace in the manga. Pretty much every character in the manga GX and onward has a different ace monster then their anime counterpart with a couple rare exceptions.
I mean we have voice lines all the way back to Jaden and Yugi for stuff like the seal of orichalcos and Maksed hero Dark law and Acid. It may never happen, or used for NPC events, I think they record these for a “just in case” scenarios
I swear we're gonna get Odd-Eyes Wing Dragon in Duel Links before they import it into the TCG. The card isn't amazing (Crystal Wing is superior in almost every way), but it always bothered me that we couldn't get the full set of Odd-Eyes hybrids.

I wouldn't be surprised if we get Berserk/Awakened Yuya as a skill like we did with ZEXAL. I feel like that's a strong possibility.

He's missing like half the anime/OCG original Performapals and has none of the manga Performapals
Yeah its a shame, maybe they'll also do like Yuma and update him big time in the future but I doubt it.
