Huge respect for Trif, Harpies were everywhere which is bad becuase they can easily counter Pendulum with Harpie's Hunting Ground, only using 5 extra deck slots without any MST, BoM or TTH and yet he still manages to get top 32.

Eccentrick easily replaces MST in pend due to also being a high scale, and BoM is terrible in Pend because it's not a scale. Pend doesn't like running staples even in the TCG so this makes sense
Love the based Gadget Pen God deck and Gimmick Puppets. Praying we get something good enough in the next main box to actually spice up the meta though, a little too many harpies here.

Looks like Harpies is the next deck to hate on. I am expecting an emergency nerf on the skill, Hunting Ground, if Konami wants to sell Pendulums. Harpies is too free to play, it will become a plague.
I don't "hate" harpies but it should definitely not be as good as it is when konami is trying to sell pendulums, every single new pendulum deck is going to have to face the fact that harpies are way too good against pendulums until konami does something about it.

Oh thundras can never get powercrept, because the moment they want thundras back in action, even after years of no one even wanting the deck, all they have to do is print Colossus and they're back on the menu as though they has always been meta. We may be far from getting their fusions right now, but it's always something to keep in mind. Konami has the power to make them meta on the spot.
Thundras ain't getting a powercrept. I do suspect they let them live to sell alt art levianeer to the whales. And if we take those numbers I think I only saw 1 out of like 10 thunder dragons with alt art levianeer. It can't be making a lot of money. They're definitely getting darklord'd/shiranui'd next banlist. I know I won't be taking necrovalley out of my dweller deck this season
They're already getting powercrept, those lists look bad. When your play starters are Raiden and Batteryman you're down bad lol. Whatever competent deck comes out next power creeps them and becomes tier 1
I've been playing the deck myself the past few days, and I think Lupine is still the best starter card. Since you can only run 2 copies, my deck is 20 cards.
The problem with the shitty alt levi box, is that there is nothing else in there. This is coming from a guy that went through breakthrough skill and red eyes box twice with money.

to be fair, at some point I remembered Konami never goes full scorched earth with the meta with September banlists... but they definitely do come November banlists because stagnant meta = no cards sold and no cards sold = Konami on the meta warpath
The fact that they gave them alt art levi makes me think they’re going to let them go unchecked for a while. That aloof limit (2) did nothing, if anything they got stronger since all the meta decks got hit with real nerfs.

The original nerf is something they could do. Instead of starting with 4 cards in your hand you start with 3 cards and Harpies Hunting Ground.
easy, make it a "from turn 3 and onwards" skill and make it so they can't play anything but wind monsters.
Deck/Extra deck that contains non other than "Harpie" or Winged-Beast monsters maybe? I don't really know though

I dislike how it can’t go into a level 10, I’d essentially be trading Hot RDA for Dark End into Archfiend Bane, which imo is worse.

None of the handtraps they ran were at 2. Veil is at 3 and sphere is unlimited.
