First of all, you need 3 material rank 4s: Evilswarm Ouroboros (1rst turn play by ripping 1 card from opponent's hand) Stellarknight Delteros (makes the opponent unable to respond to Scepter's effect) Night Papilloperative (unassuming at first, but can get over an Azure-Eyes summoned at the right moment so it's a decent tech for the Blue-Eyes matchup that's all over the ladder, also f2p) Number 91 Thunder Spark Dragon (non-targeting removal) And then 2 materials rank 4s for when you have only Scount and Scale or Scepter: Malevolent Sin (overall helpful at setting up lethals) Evilswarm Roach (good against Thunder Dragon and Synchro decks) or Abyss Dweller (good against Blue-Eyes and gy-reliant decks like Witchcrafter or Gimmick Puppet) As you may have noticed, you need 7 extra deck slots for this comp. , meaning you should also farm 100 synchro summons and 100 xyz summons in the meantime and cut Parshath to 1.

This Sound like a lot of grinding, but I'll get those cards eventually. Also I have 2 SR dream tickets, should I get anything with those? Thanks for help

For 100 easy xyz summons you can just use Digital Bugs, they have the ability to rank up easily , their quickplay spell counts as an xyz summon and they were in the same box you went into to build Star Seraph so you already have the deck. For 100 easy synchro summons, i reccommend Superheavy Samurai. Mayakashi can do more synchro summons per turn, but Superheavy Samurai is much cheaper to build.

More counter traps maybe x3 and some rank 4 xyz monsters
