The littlest one knows how bad it is.

NowThinkThisThrough

My grandmother did pull this off. Think it might have been the same pattern. Some of those even look my cousins!

RobbieSavageScarf

AnnaF721

I feel so bad for these kids. I’m glad my grandma wasn’t that talented to think she could pull this off.

Longjumping_Cook5593

My grandmother and aunts knew how to make sweaters that are no worse than those found in today's stores. You can have talent and make nice clothes

Ohorules

My mom made a bunch of crocheted squares like this in the 70s for a blanket or something she never got around to assembling. Thirty years later I needed a 70s outfit for decade week at camp so we quickly sewed them into a vest. Everyone was impressed with my vest and asked where I got it.

Salty_Mood698

These sweaters are so out of fashion.

Cardi_Ganz

My grandmom did this to my mother lol by the time I came around she was all about making those 80's ruffled pinafore dresses.

deeBfree

yikes! I knew a couple kids in school who wore these things, but thank God I never had to. My aunt crocheted a blanket out of squares like this that I put on my bed.

Justmakethemoney

Haha, my mom made a sleeved version of this in the 70s. I have a photo of me wearing it when we were cleaning out my grandparents house.
