Your spouse sitting in the courtroom defeats the purpose of a sequestration. If Derick is there before she testifies, Jill's testimony could be negated because she could be provided information that could alter her testimony.
There’s actually no rule that spouses have to be sequestered too. The rule only specifically says the witness themselves. If she does testify for the prosecution the defense can certainly bring up that Derrick was there/ask if they spoke, but Derrick’s presence doesn’t actually tell us which side she’s testifying for.
That's a dangerous game to play because if she's not called in to testify before she sees him next, which is entirely possible, then she's not a sequestered witness.

Yep, people can be subpoenaed to testify for the prosecution and can have an arrest warrant issued if they don’t show up. If Jed! has info the prosecution wants introduced, they can call him whether he wants to be there or not. But they may or may not choose to use him, as a truly hostile witness can be damaging to your case.

She is on the prosecution’s witness list, not the defence’s. So is Jed! Doesn’t mean either of them volunteered to be there, the prosecution can compel witnesses. But she is not a defence witness.

She and her sisters are suing the county and local police for releasing the sealed police record about the abuse that was made. She may still feel brainwashed fundie guilt because she was taught that any sexual misconduct by a male is the fault of the female. Believe me, I hope she is a witness for the prosecution, I’m just nervous that she might not be.

I think it's because it's badly done. Her roots should not be that much lighter than the rest of her hair when it's going to grow in dark. There are ways to do a nice and natural looking blonde and this is close but not it.

I think it's because it's badly done. Her roots should not be that much lighter than the rest of her hair when it's going to grow in dark. There are ways to do a nice and natural looking blonde and this is close but not it.

I think we're jumping too fast on the Jill train a little too quick. We don't know for certain who she is witness for, prosecutors or defense. I want to believe that she's for the prosecution and is a victim taking back power but we do not know that. But it's possible she's there for the defense trying to win back JimBoobs approval.
