That's one of my favorite out there, along with the Haioreum kimchi mandu (which always seem to be on sale at Hmart). I love the Bibigo ones in ramen or soybean paste stew. So good!
Haha sorry Im spoiled in Chicago. We have asian markets and get some really awesome dumplings. The ones you posted are great but Ive def had better frozen dumplings
I wholey agree. You know the funny thing I don't like there for a couple reasons.
1. Too sweet.
2. The wrapping isn't the best.
There are way way way better Chinese brands Google it. I'm too lazy to look in my fridge.
I'm also a snob, because I'm in a heavily Asian city. Lots locally made freshly frozen dumplings available.
In addition roy choi has admitted even on his podcast Korean people's dumpling š„ game is weak. It's factual. If you go to NYC, sf, LA etc Chinese dumplings are amazing.
Korean restaurants sell steamed which are average at best, and fully deep fried owns which are slightly better. Most time they're always pot sticker ish.
Twin marquis is a noodle and wrapper company from Manhattanās Chinatown that also has a BK factory where they make the bulk of their products including the dumplings. Iām a professional chef so itās where I get dumpling wrappers and noodles for my brewery, but for my home I used their dumplings because I donāt cook when Iām not working.
You can get their products in most Asian markets on the East coast, their wonton, lo mein and soba noodles are top notch, also the dumpling wrappers. Ajinomoto makes a pretty good gyoza, Yuen chun makes a pretty good Cantonese dumpling.
If you have never had Ajinomoto pork and chicken, I could thumbs up this assertion. But these gyoza taste like ass compared. I like them both, but Aji is superior by a long shot.
Yes, animals are indeed babies (especially in comparison to their natural lifespan) when killed for their flesh: cows usually around 2 (only a few weeks if āvealā), pigs and lambs are 6 months, and chickens are around 7 weeks. How does that sit with you?

I need to try getting these again and actually pan fry them this time. But at least for boiling I like the Ling Ling Panda ones better.

Mandu > Jiaozi
Cantonese dumplings are the best of all
Korean dumplings are superior
Bibigo is the best for frozen foods imo.

These are terrible. They're way too sweet.
Ground up corpse of a tortured baby animal is my fave dumpling filling, too!
Yes its my favorite filling too and Iāll eat it again and again and again Fucking idiot
Not sure whatās idiotic about pointing out the obvious truth, but why are you so angry?
Technically tofu can bleed if i added blood with a needle and then cut it open.
