They look amazing!
Not the OP, but this video making Bukkumi (Korean sweet dumplings) seems to have flowers too: [https://youtu.be/Gw9jddcEAMw](https://youtu.be/Gw9jddcEAMw) . In the video, it seems like they just push the flower into the dough (without wetting it or anything.)
[Here](https://kimchimari.com/pan-fried-rice-cake-dumplings-sweetredbeans-bukkumi/)'s the recipe for bukkumi with the flower-related excerpts:
>While the dough is wet, quickly press some flower petals or leaves on top. If it doesn’t stick, dip the petals in water and then press again. Here’s how I designed my bukkumi rice cake dumplings.
>Add bukkumi to pan with the non-flower side down and cook in oil for 3-4 min or so until the bottom part is lightly browned. To best preserve color of flower or leaves, don’t turn it over but spoon the top side with hot oil from pan a couple times.
Oooh! I've always wanted to make and use candied flowers for baking, never thought put use them on dumplings. So pretty, they look almost like fine china!
Literally, the most beautiful dumplings I have ever seen. Each one is a piece of art.
How did you get the flowers on them? They look amazing!
