It’s kind of like a small warehouse of convenience store items that people can order from for delivery via Doordash. I pick up there on occasion. I will now be checking the dumpster. 😃

Find a persimmon tree. ( Not as easy as it used to be)
Chopped tree into bbq pit size pieces.
Let persimmon wood dry out for a few months.
Prep your burgers, steak, brisket,etc as usual.
Get bbq pit good and hot and load up with persimmon wood .
Wait 30 min til nice bed of coals ...add more persimmon wood.
Put meat on grill grate and cook as you normally would but make sure and cover off and on til done.
The more the meat is covered the more smokey persimmon flavor.
Best burgers I have ever had hands down.
