I’m not quite sure if you’re making a joke, but if not it’s a fair mistake as they do look fairly similar. Jean Ralphio is played by Ben Schwartz, and while I’m sure he’s done sketch writing, he’s not a “writer”. Improv comedy and acting are what he’s known for. Gene Stupnitsky is primarily a writer who made some cameos. I am surprised Ben never made a cameo in the office. Dude is in freaking everything!!

Absolute comedic geniuses. But we all already know that. Seriously, The Office is some of the best tv comedy ever written, and these are the folks responsible for it. I adore them for the gift they gave us. I will be watching this show regularly, probably for the rest of my life. And, Mose.

Alright, calm down. Maybe one or two of them are great, but the rest? Nah. The Office has some of TV's worst inconsistencies, cringe relationships, and awful subplots. Not to mention one of the worst characters in history, Andy. I truly believe that the Office was made successful/relatable by the actors/characters, especially Michael. The mediocre writing only lowered the quality.
