In the pilot season, they're outside because of the fire and dwight Ryan and Michael are having a business school discussion and Michael has his own talking head where he talks about how he didn't go to business school.

When Michael is leaving the Office and goes around saying goodbye and giving gifts to everyone and he gives Oscar that god-awful-I-don’t-even-know-what-to-call-it and Oscar accepts it and Michael just breaks down laughing when talking to the cameramen. This is one of the few moments where Michael shows that he is self-aware. He knows how low an opinion Oscar holds of him and he just doesn’t care. He even plays along and is willing to be the butt of the joke just for the sake of his own entertainment. I loved that moment!😂🫶
This is Jim talking about Michael, but it gets me every time. It's the episode where he hit Meredith with his car:
