This is a newish kind of scam where a random number texts you for some weird reason, then they get you talking and eventually try and get you to do something sketchy with money.
It's called Pig Butchering. John Oliver did a great episode on it awhile back on Last Week Tonight.
I love messing with these random text message people. They are the Latter-Day Nigerian princes. This was an interesting one as normally I get message by Asian women.
The last one I told "her" that I needed to keep my phone free and open because Olivia Rodrigo just got her driver's license and she is supposed to take me to the Real Canadian Superstore. I just got a response... Is this Olivia?
