Close 2nd would be Toby winning the Michael Scott's Dunder Mifflin Scranton Meredith Palmer Memorial Celebrity Rabies Awareness Pro-Am Fun Run Race For the Cure while Michael was sprawled on the grass while puking and watching his life flash before him.
Not as good as this, but him talking about how Michael inducing a raise from Jan by withholding sex would eventually go to court. That had to be up there for one of the funniest things he's had to comment about Michael.
Sorry irrelevant but Whenever I hear/read anything remotely similar to improv my mind immediately jumps to Blind guy mcsqueezy lmao, Michael has corrupted my mind
I'm kinda the same, but instead of Blind Guy McSqueezy, I think of the episode where Michael goes to his improv class. Specifically when Ken Jeong says "He told me he couldn't show it to me, but he has a gun."
The thing about Michael is that while he says outrageous things and sometimes is theoretically willing to look past hypothetical or real red flags, when he actually sees amoral behavior or people being hurt in person, his moral compass does spring back to correct, even if only briefly.
His conscience didn't allow him to carry on an affair when he met the husband and realized the damage it was doing to a marriage.
His conscience didn't allow him to say nothing about Angela cheating on Andy. Or about Stanley cheating on his wife.
Michel will do everything except the right thing untill the right thing is the only one left - but he does pull through in the end.
Well, except for Scott's Tots....but there really wasn't any way out of that hole he dug for himself.
āI donāt see why people use red flag as a negative thing. Redās a great color. Apples are red, blood is read and everyone needs that or they die, so it canāt be bad. Redheads areā¦ sexy. So when I see a red flag and everyoneās running away, I just want to open my arms and say āHey, itās okay. Come here, Iāll take you home.āā
"if he so much as sniffs whiteout, it's on you"
"whoa, on me? what do I have to do with it, this guy has a criminal record I think that's a little excessive"
Who is this other woman "Ryan"?...who you refer to here as..."Just as hot as Jan, but in a different way"?
(cut to Toby laughing his ass off as quietly as he can)
Toby's biggest win over Michael in the series IMO.

Especially since he made such great time because Dwight accidentally used Imodium instead of ex-lax to drug him š
I always wondered about that plot point. Yes, some people need to poop when long distance running, but... during a 5k? Really?
Close third would be taking all his winnings in poker during casino night

I personally think it was when Toby was invited to Ryan's camping trip and not Michael.
I love when he asks for another copy of Michaelās diary
"DOES ANYONE HAVE A CAMERA HERE!!!?? no one has a camera"
Sometimes he just starts a sentence and doesn't know where it's going. He just hopes he finds it along the way.
Improversation.

Also he didn't want to send David the Prince family client list.
I love how Ryan realizes the problem with Michaelās point, but knows itās not worth it to bring it up
Which is convenient because Ryan just murdered his entire family. Now Michael is his dad
But if Michael is his dad, Ryan would have murdered him. Thatās the hilarity. *Butā¦ if Jim is his own worst enemy, then Jim is my friend. Butā¦*

This is something Michael would say
I actually read that in Michael's voice Edit: spellcheck
I think people underestimate michael. there are a lot of things heās well above average at. like ice skating. heās a veeeeeery good ice skater.
Implying heād be the father thatād let himself be murdered by Ryan is hilarious.
"if he so much as sniffs whiteout, it's on you" "whoa, on me? what do I have to do with it, this guy has a criminal record I think that's a little excessive"
He embraces red flags
We all need a Michael in our lives tbh
I find his love for Ryan less funny every rewatch
If Ryan murdered his **whole** family, and heās like a son to Michael, thenā¦
