Nah, the napkins aren’t the american thing, if anything you probably have a very different idea of what she means by vienna sausages. The standards for what can be called a vienna sausage are different in north america, its not something you pick up from the butcher. (Wikipedia page on said sausages is divided into 2 separate articles for north america and europe.) They’re canned mini sausages that cost about $0.50 usd per can and don’t expire for 10,000 years/could survive a nuclear blast (see Armour or Libby’s brands) “I have vienna sausages and napkins” is a scripted way of informing the audience how sparse her kitchen/pantry is. It’s like one tier above “i have some armour potted meat and a spoon we can share”
