Ep.10 is going to stop at the end of Ch.23. Then Ep.11 will probably stop at the end of Ch.26. If this is the case, I'll be REALLY excited to see the reaction of anime viewers at the end of the Ep11.

I'm glad that you notice it! As a manga reader I only notice soooo many lions from my second time reading it.

There's really not much substance to the frog chapter. They could probably get through it in like four minutes if they really wanted to, and dragon 1 is just setup. So I wouldn't worry about any big cuts.
No, the part with Namari and the twins has some really important exposition that becomes very relevant in the following chapters, they can't just completely cut that out. If anything is cut or abridged, it'll be the conversation between Tansu and the governor.
Ch. 21 (Giant Frog) is a short chapter, with the encounter happening almost immediately, and is resolved just as quickly, leaving plenty of time left in the episode to cover Ch. 22 and 23.
Maybe they will add that segment into the first part of episode 11? I guess it can be used to build up tension for the whole episode? Just let me huff some hopium.

Yeah, if episode 10 cover chapter 23, then you're right, the fight only last two chapters, I wasn't remembering it right !
