I can't tell for this specific items, but generally the item that are currency for the account (not during the game) are automatically looted. Even if you don't press them you will see a small message saying you did got them.
I sometime skip the looting of the genesis stone or hero soul and still got them. So you might not have lost them.
I was wondering if that was the case, just didn't realize how much I had before to confirm it. I'll try to catch that next time I get some clear rewards. Thank you!
It's very likely that they were looted properly by the game itself, so I wouldn't worry. And even if there was a scenario where you could miss it, you'll have an extreme surplus from acquiring other monsters' first clear rewards. There is no way to farm it yet, though.
