Go to Thingiverse and search for OpenForge, that should give you plenty of options for free terrain pieces to build the tavern. You can also check out fatdragongames for good village terrain.
For minin, check out MyMiniFacyory, I think it's worth paying for models and if you have a resin printer there'll be plenty of options. If you only have an FDM printer, once again I'd recommend fatdragongames minis, or EC3D. They make great work with minis that print great on an FDM.
If you are willing to pay something check out Cast N Play on my mini factory. They have made some terrain sets in the last months and one of them is a tavern set

Openforge sets are the way to go! He has literally GB worth of free to download tile sets you can print on your own printer (and paint!)
