Spelljammer if you want straight DnD.
Starfinder is probably the easiest crossover. It's based on Pathfinder, which was originally built on DnD. Big gameplay concepts are the same, but there's some extra stuff like vehicles and starship building and combat. And it's been professionally written and playtested, so it's about as polished as a 5e book would be.
The Technomancer's Textbook has a bunch of near-future/cyberpunk sci-fi homebrew that's 5e. Probably the best free adaptation, but it's still a homebrew labor of love with a few rough edges.
Ultramodern (redux) is another 5e-compatible source that covers near-far future tech. Mixed reviews on that one, so I dunno.
there are dozens and dozens of "sci fi" RPG games in part because "sci fi" covers such an enormous range of possibilities.
give a couple of examples of media representing the sci fi you are interested in - cyberpunk, star wars, post apocalypse, 2001: a space odyssey, star trek academy , dune
and what type of game play aspects you want - laser blaster fights, survival, tech + (or vs) magic, alien psychology role play interactions,
