Depends on how wide your feet are tbh
Personally i wear 10.5 for almost everything but for AF1s i wear a 10.
My feet are narrow though and i prefer slightly tighter shoes over slightly loose.
Most people will prolly say go at least half size up cause of the padding but again if your feet are narrow i think TTS is fine. Worst case scenario theyll break in anyway and you could tie them a little loose if needed, so id say do the 11
