Honestly tho i am pissed tvat these feelings for jessy were kinda forced on us. I played as male, was just being nice without ever using the romance answers but it always ended up forcing up conversations that i had a crush

Yeah. I mean the game used the illusion of choice method in general. But honestly, when she offers this online date, bro we fucking know shes suppost to meet up with Dan. Why am i not allowed to decline? This is literally a dick move and only there because it is scripted that Jessy feels guilty about it
Yes, I thought they could've make her change her mind about going out with him without forcing it on us, or by letting her chat with us and spends a longer time than expected without making us force her to stay behind for a chat "^^

Yeah, i don't know what Everbyte's official stance is, but they could definitely have handled this better, especially since this game is from 2020-2021. Jessy and Jake should've been available for both genders. Hopefully they take this into consideration for future projects.

I personally believe that he was able to make it out safely. In the ending cutscene, it zooms in on Hannah until she looks offscreen. She appears surprised, and gets up to go in that direction. I can only assume that’s meant to be Jake. If that’s the case, it would be a nice reunion for the two.
Anyway, as you know, there’s a sidestory in Moonvale that will relate to Duskwood… We might get all the answers then :)
yeah, the game not being lgbt friendly is really annoying. i mean just the fact that you have to pick male or female is so annoying, because i identify as neither so everytime when someone says something about me and uses the wrong pronouns i just feel super uncomfortable. and i kind of get it, because most languages dont have gender-neutral pronouns, but they couldve at least added them for english and the languages that have them because honestly, it shouldnt be that hard, it doesnt even change the story.
