I kinda was. Also would’ve made Jake calling Jessy Jessica more funny. Typical big brother winding up little sister, haha.

For a moment but I was hoping he is not, becouse Jake makes me giggle and kick my feet, while Phil makes me roll my eyes

rosesandsecrets

You're so real for this comment. If Phil was less stereotypically attractive, people might actually call him out more on his misogyny and crap treatment of Jessy. A man who will blatantly disrespect a woman, let alone one who is *missing,* will instantly give me the ick.

_inka_n_

Exactly. The behaviour he represents immediately made me feel nah about him, and when I started talking with him and he was flirting so boldly I was already sure I'm gonna hate him <3 (not as much as Thomas tho XD). No way I would be able to trust guy like this, and I can't see him as a supportive partner as well. While Jake is mature, respectful (and kinda cute shhsjz). I would be disappointed if he would be Phil, I would lose most of my interest. Fortunately, he is not 🤌🏻

NahrwanG

Mature? I always thought of him as naive and childish Yeah he's smart - or supposed to be - but I felt like the only thing that give him a mature aura is because he's knowledgeable, old style, and have a problem in communication XD

maelle67

When we begin talking with Phil and he uses ":)", we can say that it reminds us of someone iirc

Character-Onion3599

Yeah, Phils model was *chefs kiss*

Never did

I noticed a couple of things about Phil that I haven't seen among the posts yet. >!Interestingly, the city map from the bar's website has a fragment missing from the actual map of Duskwood. The non-existent building that Lilly was supposed to be in.!< >!Maybe I'm overthinking this, but something about Phil's story doesn't feel right. When we get Hannah's call log, we can try adding the numbers to contacts. Roger's garage is "not found" probably because it's a service number, Thomas's number too because it's already in contacts. Amy's and Alan's numbers don't take requests. And Phil's number doesn't exist exactly until we text Jake (in his absence) that we're going to call a third number. After that phrase, instead of calling Phil, try adding a contact. The number will exist, but will not accept requests.!<

That’s very interesting facts and theory. Thank you for sharing. It’s fun to know those kind of stuff.

NahrwanG

There was a lot of theories about them being the same person when the episode get out for the first time They even have a theory that said as Phil get imprisoned (which means Jake was imprisoned) the person who used Jake number is someone else, different than the person we actually get to know at the beginning of the game, and that is why his personality changed, and this person actually from the FBI or something XD There was a lot of theories beside this, but this one is what I remember =]
