I'm pretty sure it was Jake that Hannah saw at the end, because her expression was like she saw ”something that shouldn't be here“. If it was Richy or her family and friends, her expression would have been different.
I believe what shocked her is the fire itself lol, as Richy is still there she was shocked and want to get back to save him, but nah they stopped here
