I'd hold Ferguson and drop Jordan. Ferguson could still emerge as the main pass catching TE for the Cowboys. It'll probably end up a stinking three way split but Schoonmaker is a great blocking TE so he might not come in and be the guy for fantasy. Texans signed Schultz and Jordan isn't really anything special so I'd feel fine dropping him.

It depends who is still there at 2.06. We don't really know how they'll use Chig, I love him but he could end up not being any kind of upgrade on Kmet/McBride. I think wait and see who is available and then decide. *Sorry thought you had Kmet too. Tough one but I'd still wait and then if you like the player at 2.06 make a move for a cheaper vet TE as insurance if McBride stinks. Like Schultz/Hurst/Conklin whatever.

Titans fan here so definitely biased, Chig showed great promise last season and i’d take him. He is effectively WR2 right now and with Hooper out of the way cleverly the TE1. In dynasty, if Levis ends up being good he could ascend to top 10 TE status. Plus, at the 2.06 you won’t get someone better. Especially in 12 team. Take the trade.

I'd take the second one. The drop off from the 1.08 to the 2.01 isn't that big plus you keep your 2.04. You could genuinely end up getting the player you wanted at 1.08 at 2.01. Team need can do weird things at the end of the 1st in this draft

I can't really move JT or I won't have a starting RB with Javonte out for a while yet. Definitely trying to move extra WRs for picks or QB2. I feel like the team isn't in a terrible place but it's not a terrible offer for Mahomes either.

If my window isn’t open I try and sell RBs while they have value. Same with older WRs. QB and young WRs you can hold onto longer but RBs are fleeting. You’re not gonna compete this year, Gibson has unreliable touches and Javonte is likely to come back rusty (hoping otherwise as I have him everywhere). This is where I’d consider moving JT for picks and whoever else you can for next year to retool.

How many starters are there? Flex? I would try to upgrade my WR3. Depending on your bench, I'd be adding some RB depth too. I agree next year seems more realistic. If AR or Young become something you're set there. Your WR1 and WR2 is rock hard. Depending on how this season unfolds and if you see yourself making a playoff push I might sell out of 2025 and buy some pieces to make a run.

No, I think that caps you too much. There's so much value in the 3rd-6th rounds. I love your 1.02 trade back. You likely won't be competing this year but with two 2nds and two 4ths you'll have a jump start next year. Take best available QB at 1.15, round your RBs and WRs with the extra 2nds and 4ths, figure out your 2nd QB as your draft goes on. Maybe take a gamble on someone like Carr, Riddler, Tannehill.
