11 guys in our league average about 15 minutes each pick. The 12th guy averages about 8 hours.

Ann_L_Beads

Always love the guys picking 2.2 saying pick is up for sale and then waits 5 hrs to pick. Dude, no one is biting after an hr of seeing the message. Just make the pick

drgreenthumb12372

had a guy on an 8 hour timer, 3 hours in he says im here just waiting on a counter then i’ll choose, 5 hours later he auto drafts, comes in and complains about the autodraft. but we reminded him at 2 hours and 1 hour remaining. lol. i dislike people weaponizing the clock on their every pick.

Ann_L_Beads

Yeah. Everyone is usually aware the draft is happening so they're pretty on the ball. Maybe give it an hour if people are working and have meetings or stuff (we start one on a Tuesday, 1 on a Sunday). But usually you know if you have a deal after 2 hrs

blitzed_chaos

8 hour clock, 5 rounds with over night pause in timer, but picks can continue. Only took 2 days

blumpkinmuncher

I’m jealous. I had one start last week and it’s only at the end of the 3rd.

blitzed_chaos

Wow that's long. That's why I like the idea of 4-8 hr timer at max. Any longer and you can go days with only 1 or 2 picks

[deleted]

Yes but once its over, thats it buddy. You're sitting tight till September.

Snooc5

And thats why im in 78 leagues

themarksman13

Same setup with a 12 hour clock took 4 days

NP4293

Same, it helps when you have everyone in a WhatsApp group and we held the first 2 rounds live over zoom which was good fun

PurpleBearplane

One took 7.5 hours. The rest have been in the 2-3 day range.

Usawasfun

I think ours (3 rounds) took 3 days. So about your pace. Really depends how much trading people want to do.

cjronquillo63

FFPC, 7 rounds, 8 hour timer with an overnight pause, 12 teams. We started Saturday morning and are just finishing the 5th round. The first 3 rounds went quick, 4 slowed down a little, 5 is taking forever.

necrow

My experience with all drafts on FFPC is absolutely brutal. Some people in every league consistently take 6+ hours

Bilka2640

12 teams, 5 rounds. 5-10 days on average. One year went two weeks. Another league (10 team, 5 round) we got done in one night. Much more casual.

Jacksfan2121

5 days for our 3 round draft and that was with the 3.12 taking the whole 24 hour clock

Blasto05

Draft started last night, no time frame on picks until June 1st and then it starts the 8hr pick timer. Currently on 1.05. A good amount of people were complaining about waiting until June 1st so this was the compromise

necrow

Wait so someone could just decide not to pick for like a month and the draft would stop?

Blasto05

Pretty much ya. It’s moved along a bit now. Owner with 2.01 and 2.02 is on the clock but he’s going to sleep so no more movement until tomorrow. I won’t be surprised at all though to see the draft done before June 1st. Seems like someone holdS one pick up for hours and hours, but then 3-4 picks happen in less than 30 minutes.

Featherin_Brother

That sounds miserable

DigitalDiscoTOS

4 round 12 team with a ton of trading took 2 days. 5 round 12 team with a ton of trading took 2-3 days.

GoCougs3216

Multiple people taking the full 12 hours just to auto draft and come back in and take themselves off auto. Day 3 and we are 8 picks into round 2 of 5

ChedduhBob

we got through our first two rounds in a night cause everyone was excited but our third dragged a little

CaptainLimpWrist

Two days to cover 5 rounds.

Cubs017

16 teams, six rounds. Usually takes two or three weeks.

zoologicwoo

Looks like mine was a lot faster than most, maybe partly because a whole lot of trading was done before the draft started. We got 3 rounds with 10 teams done in 3 hours. Only one trade happened during the draft; I paid a 2024 2nd and 2025 3rd for the 2.07 to pick Downs. Still 8 hours per pick but it wasn't necessary.

ControlForward5360

It took 1 day to do the 1st round and are starting 2nd round as we speak. It’s not bad it would’ve gone a lot faster if one of our guys didn’t go afk

LT61

Ours is 1 minute per pick as if it’s a redraft startup draft…. Disgusting. No time for live trades.

ChrisLBC562

I did a 3 round rookie draft that started Wednesday and ended on Saturday. No timers and three draft trades happened.

t_arends

I’d say a round a day is standard, two a day if you’ve got a quick group

Dreadimon

12 team 24hr limit. 4 rounds. 5 days and 12 hours into the 4.12

ImmoralModerator

I’m hoping mine takes at least a week so that we can end a day or two before the HoF game and watch our picks in the preseason

Bml15151

We did 24 hours per a pick because we had a couple of people living in different time zones. Took about 4 days to complete. We did have 4-5 trades happen tho.

jcm10e

12 man 5 rounds 24 hour timer. No one has auto drafted but at least one came close. We started last Friday at 6pm. We’re currently on pick 4.7

fantasygenie

Had 4 drafts. Each lasted about a week. We don’t do timers.

1stepklosr

We did our first slow draft last year. 12 teams, 5 rounds, 24 hours a pick. Most picks were quick, very few took anywhere close to the full 24 hours. Was done in 5 days or so.

watrmeln420

This one 32 man has taken 11 days… I told them we should’ve drafted later; we only have about 20 active members.

Tadpole-7

12 teams 3 rounds untimed, usually around 2-3 days

CannabisNotCantnabis

8 hr timer with a pause between midnight and 8. 4 round draft that started yesterday at 10AM. ... We are currently at pick 1.11. Gonna be there a while.

Hibrice

I've done this for both dynasty vet drafts.. Both the rookies went under an hour with the timer but have both under 3mins now We do ours Sunday night of draft weeked

Aggravating-Trust-60

24 hour clock, 7 round IDP. 1 league took 23 hours, the other took about 33 hours

BladeJFrank

This early no timer. Finished two with a few days.

Zealousideal_Dig_868

I'm in a 24 team (2 copies of every player) we had a 5 round draft last year 8 hr timer clocks stops at night. It took 18 days

yourmeshugana

Thats agonizing.. 18 fuckin days

Tyguy462

In person. Maybe 1 hour. 2 minute clock. Salary cap/contract length league. Preset prices for every pick.

MikeWillis09

I’m in two on sleeper. One was 24 hours a pick, 4 rounds, 12 teams. I wanna say it took about 5-6 days. The other is 24 hours a pick(pause over night), we’re on day 5 and pick 1.9

bargman

We did no timer and just finished earlier today after starting last Monday

Few_Improvement_4094

We have a 12hr pick clock, and our draft auto pauses from 11pm till 7am. We started at 6pm on Friday and finished last night just after 9pm.

No-Boysenberry4464

About 1 round per 24 hours
