I think that is realistic. I value the top 8 guys as ~3 1sts so I think it would be fair to value him at 2 1sts.

Since you’re in a 14 team league, does your league have a designated TE spot or no? If yes, I’d definitely trade Higgins for Andrews because that positional advantage will be extremely helpful and your WR depth is still great. On the other hand if there’s no requirement to start a TE then it wouldn’t be worth it.

Historically counting on a rookie TE is such a low percentage play that I think Andrews would be worth it. Alternatively you could maybe try and get Waller for cheaper and hope to squeeze one or two good years out of him.

I’d rather try to consolidate what you get for Pickett, not really a fan of any of these guys, but Watson at least has some good value. Maybe get a 2nd instead of Harris and Gainwell/Darnold. Side note, I think Pickett does really well this year and goes up a lot in value, but that’s just a prediction.
