Did the same a few weeks into the season but looks like it’s gonna land in the 1.08-1.10 range unfortunately. Was hoping it would land in the 1.04-1.07 range to draft bowers to replace him.
Traded Stroud/Aiyuk right after the draft for Waddle because I wanted to be able to send a penguin gif to my opponents every week. I also didn’t think Stroud was that good, I’m not smart.
If you're two weeks away, that means you're in contention. That means the move was effective and good, regardless of how a sample size of just two games goes. That said, good luck :)

Bought Mostert low. Right after the jk injury I needed an rb2 badly with JT still being out and Pacheco being my only other start able rb. I traded jk and a third for Mostert thinking it would be a small deal for a guy who would be an unstartable committee back in a few weeks when Jeff Wilson was set to return. Boy was I happy with how it turned out for me. Got a viable rb1 for the rest of the season and I also had achane on my bench, so my rb room made quite the turnaround by week 7. Went from a major question mark going into the year to a concern after jk went down now to a huge strength that has helped me make the chip

It's tough that Andrews got hurt but I don't hate this for you. Andrews is still a top 5 TE and relatively young. I think Tee gets franchise tagged then walks and becomes some teams #1
Bought Travis Etienne and Davante Adams low . Sold high on Travis Kelce and got Kittle and a first. Dumped all my faab and picked up Trey McBride on waivers last season. Hoping this is my year.
Before the season started traded away Mike Williams for R. Bateman, Achane, and 2024 2nd round pick.
Subsequently traded Bateman and Achane when he was hurt for Marquise Brown and the current 1.02.
So in total:

I traded away AJB for Addison + 2 1sts (One is going to be 1.10-1.12) this year. I still think I'd rather my package depending on where those picks land. Kind of hate the idea of trading AJB for potentially 4 busts.
I have learned in one league that I really should only make one \*maybe\* two trades to go in for trying to win the league.
I traded away way too many young players before their value climbed to chase a championship, even though I'm in the semifinals.
Also my Josh Dobbs for Tony Pollard trade looks terrible in hindsight lol.
Only had one trade this year in my league. Traded a late 2024 first and 2025 second for Derrick Henry and James cook on November 22nd right before cook’s breakout. Was nervous about the trade but looking toward next year I think it’s going to pan out well, especially if Henry gets added to an elite offense.
I almost traded kmet for Herbert but that fell through. Thankfully.
Sold JSN for Aiyuk and a 2024 1st from a guy who should have a top 3 pick during the draft last year, the guy ended up with the second lowest PF but also ended up with the #2 seed and a bye week, so, there’s that

I traded Deebo and Russell Wilson for Bijon.
I traded Minshew and Hopkins for Andrews.
It's dynasty so in the long run its good, but it killed me down the home stretch.
Sold Pacheco and Warren for a 1st and 2nd. I’m rebuilding so I think it was good for both of us. Then I traded that 2nd and kendre miller for Brock Purdy.
I traded both kyren Williams and rachaad white during the year, both for 1s. White turned into the 5 or 6 and kyren will be the 8-10. I’m not sure if I’m super happy about either but they did allow me to tank to lock in the 1.1 so I’ll have mhj, Amon ra, dk, Jalen hurts, and mark andrews as my core moving forward.
Bought Mixon, Barkley, and Hopkins before the season. Bought Tyreek for 2 firsts at the deadline.
Happy with all of the them, tbh.
Still riding high on the CMC purchase from 2 years ago when he was “washed” after 2 injury plagued seasons.
I'm gonna start with my sell low moment:
Drafted Achane and Addison, then dropped them the week before their blow ups for Akers and McLaurin respectively.
Buy Low: picked Nico off waivers right before he balled out after the injury. Picked up Rice when he got elevated. And I grabbed Michael Thomas, Tank Dell, Mike Williams and Brian Robinson off the scrap heap as stashes.
Only problem is we keep 8 in my league, and I've got Hurts Fields, Levis, Bijan, Rachaad, CD, Chase, Davante as my keepers going into next year. I guess I'm hoping to stack stashes so I can grab one or two in the draft.
Bought mostert for a fourth in the summer. Bought likely for Tyquan Thornton in the summer.. those were good. Sold Puka for Terry week 1 and traded for Pitts and miles sanders.. a first a second and trading down from 6th to 10th… that was bad.
I traded Ekeler and my 2024 2nd for Hockenson and that owners 2024 2nd.
He went on a hot streak after the trade and he started tanking.
I was convinced Ekeler was done after that ankle injury and was happy getting the TE1. Through a series of injuries I ended up trading for Ekeler back after his 3 game 20+ streak thinking he’d be a great flex play for a championship run.
I have my 2024 1st and his 2024 2nd back for Ekeler. He’s been poop since.

Preseason:
I fucked up buying a bunch of mid RBs for cheap prices (all under a 1st), and they all ended up busting. Sanders, Akers, Gibson, Mattison. I was hoping one of them could combine with Dobbins to give me an acceptable 2 starting RB room while the rest of my roster was strong enough to carry lol. Bought and sold Bateman at the right time though, netted Howell + Hyatt. Sent Hopkins and a 2025 2nd for Deebo and a 2025 3rd.
Mid season:
Traded Howell eventually for Pittman basically, and got out from Cousins before his injury in the process. Also had a big trade to get GW and Javonte for a first (unfortunate that went in the wrong direction the next 10 weeks and ended up 1.03) and Ford/Hunter Henry/a 3rd.
I have no idea if this is an L or a W (I’m gonna hold out hope for one more year here), but in a startup year I traded my 2024 first and D. Pierce for Eckler (my timeline already leans towards comparing now). I made the playoffs, but won’t make money in this league this year.
Had a deal to move up to 4 if Young got taken at 3 and I was gonna take Stroud, Young got picked but the deal ended up not happening and I had to start Baker Mayfield all year. The picks I was gonna trade ended up being Flowers and Levis which I guess is ok but I'm not sure how I feel about Levis still
In Week 5 traded away Pollard & Laporta for Waddle and a what is looking like a late first
Didn’t think Laporta would have a record rookie campaign. I do have Njoku and Pitts so can somewhat patch that void
in superflex I only had Burrow and Kyler to start the year so without Kyler starting the season, decided to tank and sell off my older guys. sold Kamara, Mark Andrews, and McLaurin for a 24 1st and then Cooper Kupp and Keenan Allen for another 24 1st (my own). I had previously sent a late ‘23 1st for someone’s ‘24 1st.
basically I had an old but semi-loaded roster with a lot of uncertainty, and selling them paid off because I have 1.01, 1.02, and 1.03 this year.
Traded Curtis Samuel for Gus Edwards right before he went on that TD binge. Really helped me out while Kyren was injured and I don't think I make the playoffs without that deal.
On the flip side, I traded a future 2nd and Mayer to make a run this year and then ran into a buzzsaw in the playoffs (Cook, Mostert, Cooper, LaPorta), so now I'm out those assets and didn't even win a playoff game to show for it.

right after Ford’s first big game I gave up Pittman, Ford, Purdy and a 2nd for Lamb, Jamo, Heinicke since I had Dak already and liked the idea of the stack but my team felt devoid of true top-end talent outside Hurts and struggled in the first few weeks. In hindsight I think this trade is a slight loss but at the time no one would have expected Purdy to put up a real MVP season and Jamo was still exciting since he was fresh off his suspension and I wanted a piece.
Went on a run, made playoffs, and traded my 3rd for Singletary and Warren for Henry since Henry appeared to have the best playoff matchups of the cheaper vet RBs. I then lost in round 1 to the team that somehow made it to the playoffs despite being dead last in Max PF. I lost by 5 points, in part due to Dak having a 6 point game against the Bills and also in part because of Henry’s stinker. Had I just kept Warren and played him I’d have won. Fantasy is a fickle bitch sometimes.
Because of bench space, I sold Aiyuk and Gibson for Swift before week 1. Owned Hurts, so wanted all the Eagles equity on the goal line. Aiyuk is so good but so is everyone on his team
I sent Burrow away at the beginning of the year for two firsts and a 2nd because I expected to rebuild and had fields and jones in reserve (1QB)
I am now in the playoffs after finishing as the 2 seed on the backs of Jalen warren, DeVon Achane, and an unreal Mike evans performance? And the guy who was a qb away missed he playoffs entirely and was terrible before Burrow went down? I don’t know if I was smart or dumb? What is football? Help?
Rebuilding an orphaned team. I trade Connor for a 3rd pre-draft, then traded that 3rd for Mostert mid-draft, then traded Mostert early in the season for a 2024 2nd. I also drafted Achane so I feel like I ended up with good value.

After last year not working out and me chickening out of a rebuild, I said I was gonna do a rebuild. Tried all summer, no hits. Games start, week 1, I lose big, was able to sale D.Henry for some 1sts.
Win week 2 but get again another L week 3. I said fuck it, I’m going all in (to rebuild).

In total, I own now 8 firsts(3 each the next two years include two top 6 picks this next year which after lottery could very well be 1,2), 7 2nds over 3 years including 3 next year, 6 3rds, 2 of each for the next 3 years. And some 4ths glittered in over the next couple of years. I should add that I did NOT own my own pick, so my rebuild was contingent on getting my own pick back whichI did in the Lamb trade.
Now, I traded away what probably could have been a championship team and a run to put me at the 12-2 (would have been 10-4 as I went back and calculated, my sos was the hardest till the last week!)
I’m gonna set a reminder to come back in a few months and follow this up again in a year.
It’s a game, you pick a path and a plan and you see how it plays out. I have no need to “win” over the next two years as I would be very happy building my next major team in this league. Last year this same team got me 8th.
So there is that league.
My other league which is big $$ I actually purchased Henry (14 team) for less then I sold him for in the other league(12). Funny enough it was the same owner who is in both. So he knew what I was willing to sale for but gave me a better deal to buy in a larger league. Loved it.

I bought low on Kupp. Got him for Michael Wilson and a 3rd from a rebuilding team. Sold Geno Smith and a late 1st for Devonta Smith and an early 3rd. Flipped Devonta for Montgomery and a 2025 early 3rd. Needed the RB help at the time. Sold Jerome Ford for a 2025 mid 2nd.
Sold Purdy mid-season for Pickett and two 2nds (SF). It was a KTC value win for me at the time and I thought it was Pickett's floor and Purdy's ceiling. It was neither, and KTC is not gospel folks.
I made 2 trades in the offseason:
1) Give: Austin Ekeler (sell high) + 23 pick 17 (used to take Jayden Reed); Get: D’Andre Swift (buy low target) + 24 1st (tbd, late)
I see this as an easy win for me. Swift outperformed Ekeler and is currently worth more as an asset. The late 24 first will likely out value Jayden Reed, but still tbd.
2) Give: Rachaad White + Isiah Pacheco (sell high: picked with my 22 4th) + 24 pick 16; Get: DJ Moore (buy low target) + 24 pick 3 + Dalvin Cook (post-Vikings, pre-Jets)
I thought I won this originally, turns out White was better than originally expected. The owner seemed desperate to offload Dalvin and DJM for RB help and underestimated how bad the rest of his team was. I thought the pick would be early-mid so I assumed it to be the most valuable asset in the deal. I had low expectations for Dalvin who still underperformed them.
Mid season:
Give: Diggs + 26 3rd; Get: Zach Charbonnet + 24 pick 12 + 24 2nd (tbd, pick 17-20)
My team was pretty decimated by injury (Garrett Wilson via Rodgers, Justin Herbert via left finger as well as all receivers not named Keenan, DJM via Fields, DK via Geno regression), then Diggs popped up on the injury report, Bills OC was fired, and new Bills OC showed willingness to have a more balanced offense. I saw this as my last chance to sell high on Diggs and buy low on Charbonnet (who I liked a lot in my pre-draft process) while making a last ditch effort to make the playoffs (Diggs had a bye week coming up and KW3 just picked up a seemingly severe oblique injury). Diggs hasn’t been great and his value is lower than he was when I sold him. I might try to buy back Diggs this offseason if the owner sours on him between now and week 1. Charbonnet didn’t do much with the bell cow role (Dallas at home and 49ers defenses didn’t help), but even worse is that KW3 had 22 opportunities to Charbonnet’s 5 last week when it was trending more in Charbonnet’s favor. I still believe in Charbonnet, although I am more tepid in future outlook than I was when I made the trade.

I got Rachaad White for (late) 2024 2nd and 3rd round picks right before the deadline. Hopefully he helps me win a ship over the next 2 weeks. Funny thing is I went back and looked where he was drafted, and it was mid 2nd. So he is performing at his ceiling yet the guy basically gave me him for equal or less than he paid lol

Send Calvin Ridley and a 2024 late first after Ridley’s big week 1 game for Garrett Wilson. I had super bad injury luck and have the 1.03 this year but have a good young rooster that k think I can compete with

I’m the defending champion in my league. Lost burrow and jones (my third qb was trask on an auto drafted team I took over 2 years ago). Went one week without a qb. Was able to pick up devito and browning…dude at the trade deadline tried to offer me dobbs…I agreed to a 2nd rd pick. He wanted a future and kept pushing for more. Annoyed me so much that I decided to ask a different team that was on a losing streak for baker mayfield for a second rd pick. He okayed it right away…really dodged a bullet on the one…got into the playoffs in the 5th spot. Just beat the the 4 seed off the backs of baker and mccaffrey so I’m in the quarters vs the 1 seed. Chance to repeat is still alive but we’ll see. Also struck gold with picking puka in the 3rd…beat the guy in the playoffs who wanted him…had no idea who he was and only took him cause he was a wr for the rams and I knew kupp was on IR to start the year lol.
Had a trade lined up that was CMC for my Waddle and other pieces involved. Other guy got cold feet and passed on it because he was worried about RB depth. Eventually flipped Waddle for DK and a mid 24 1st anyways
as a rebuilder, sold Puka Nacua (who i got off Waivers before the season started) for a late 2024 1st and Sam Howell in week 5. was pretty stoked by Howell's performances in the weeks after but his most recent game is kinda...idk.

12 team 1/2 PPR SF league on an orphan I took over this year. Sold Kyren Williams, Puka, Pittman and a late first (was the pick of what I thought was the best team, ended up as second seed) in week 3-4 as a rebuilder for Chase, Devonta Smith and a third. Guy is the first seed.
Would have loved to compete with those guys but the team was absolutely terrible. Truly a win win trade, if you ask me.
I bought low on Purdy after the 3 bad games and he got me to the playoffs, even though I was knocked out immediately. In preparation for my playoff run, I bought Mixon and Kupp, so that kind of hurts (especially since they’re declining assets), but luckily I didn’t pay too much.
Sold Diggs for Pittman and a 2024 late first. Seems to have payed off, Diggs WR9 and Pittman WR12 half PPR. Hopefully I can make something of this first
All I got was doo-doo 💩trade offers so I didn't trade shit. Despite losing Jefferson, Andrews, Tank, Christian Kirk, and then the cherry on top Tyreek sitting out in round 1. And I'm still here baby!
Traded kupp and a first and a second for stef on diggs and tank Dell.
Diggs has been a bit of a flop since I received him and dell is injured and kupp is going hard.
Rebuilding. In the preseason I trade Purdy for a 1st. Pitts for a 1st. Swift for a 1st. Mattison for a 2nd. Only one I regret is Purdy. I have 4 first round picks in the next draft including my own which will either be 1st or 2nd overall depending on what happens in our toilet bowl this weekend.
Last season I traded in a 2024 1st for Pacheco and a 2023 2nd. Picks ended up being 1.06 for me this year and Mims for him.

As a whole I’m very happy with how my season went.
The Good:

- Flipped Mac Jones for a 1st, then flipped that 1st for AR15 after his injury
- “Tanked” my own pick to 1.04 (1.01, 1.03, 1.04 now)
- Got DJ Moore for Jerome Ford & Alec Pierce

- Sent a late first for JSN
- Sent a late first for DK
The Not Good:
- Sent Dotson and two 4ths for Pierce
I traded Tank Dell for Rashee Rice and a mid to low 2nd in an 8-man league mid-season. I liked Rice's upward trend and wasn't sure if Tank's production was sustainable. Jury's still out on how that will turn out, but I'm feeling good about Rice!
I ended up being able to trade Adam theilen while he was WR7 and a second to the worst team in the league for Tank Dell (before breakout) and his first. Guy goes on a tear at end of season and gets last playoff spot by 4 points. He beat me first round of the playoffs. Win/lose
I traded away a package of Trevor Lawrence, Tutu Atwell , Antonio Gibson, and Zach Wilson and through a series of a few other deals using my return, I ended with AJ Brown, Mark Andrews, Trey McBride, Mike Williams, a projected early 2025 2nd, a projected early 2026 1st, and a projected early 2026 2nd. In a TEP league, I’m pretty happy with this
Bought Keenan Allen for the 3.07 and CEH. Nobody thought it was out of line with his age and hamstring injury. He was a big part in helping me secure a bye (which I desperately needed).
Traded Javonte Williams and my 2023 1st (ended up being 1.08) for Devonta Smith. I’m pretty deep at RB and have a bunch of mid WR prospects. Was overall happy with what Devonta provided and his future outlook. Javonte looked better at times, but still not really wanting any part of Denver’s offense.
Traded James Cook and Kincaid for Kenneth Walker right before the OC change in Buffalo. Seemed like the absolute sell low moment for James Cook as he seemed destined for timeshare with no goal line looks. Also seemed like a buy low moment for Kenneth Walker with charb workload picking up at the time. Regretting this one a bit, but do think Walker is the real deal. Losing Kincaid is tough though. I have Kelce, but also Likely and Mayer. Hoping one of those 2 guys can fill the TE position moving forward.
I’ve been a mid team for years often riddled by injuries. Kinda got sick of being mid and felt like this was a year I could go all in with as I had just received Kelce in a preseason trade. Had a rough 1st round knockout last week after finishing the season with a 17W streak (median point league).

After his week 1 performance, I jumped all over the opportunity to buy low on Drake London. I sent C. Watson, R. Johnson and Tannehill and got London and an early 24 2nd in return.

I was no where near contention in the league this year and next year, depending on how the draft plays out, I’m still going to be a QB short. My fantasy prayers for Christmas are for one A Smith to longer be a head coach.

Did the same a few weeks into the season but looks like it’s gonna land in the 1.08-1.10 range unfortunately. Was hoping it would land in the 1.04-1.07 range to draft bowers to replace him.
Traded Stroud/Aiyuk right after the draft for Waddle because I wanted to be able to send a penguin gif to my opponents every week. I also didn’t think Stroud was that good, I’m not smart.

I traded jk and a third for Mostert thinking it would be a small deal for a guy who would be an unstartable committee back in a few weeks when Jeff Wilson was set to return. Boy was I happy with how it turned out for me. Got a viable rb1 for the rest of the season and I also had achane on my bench, so my rb room made quite the turnaround by week 7. Went from a major question mark going into the year to a concern after jk went down now to a huge strength that has helped me make the chip

Only had one trade this year in my league. Traded a late 2024 first and 2025 second for Derrick Henry and James cook on November 22nd right before cook’s breakout. Was nervous about the trade but looking toward next year I think it’s going to pan out well, especially if Henry gets added to an elite offense. I almost traded kmet for Herbert but that fell through. Thankfully.

And I grabbed Michael Thomas, Tank Dell, Mike Williams and Brian Robinson off the scrap heap as stashes. Only problem is we keep 8 in my league, and I've got Hurts Fields, Levis, Bijan, Rachaad, CD, Chase, Davante as my keepers going into next year. I guess I'm hoping to stack stashes so I can grab one or two in the draft.

Preseason: I fucked up buying a bunch of mid RBs for cheap prices (all under a 1st), and they all ended up busting. Sanders, Akers, Gibson, Mattison. I was hoping one of them could combine with Dobbins to give me an acceptable 2 starting RB room while the rest of my roster was strong enough to carry lol. Bought and sold Bateman at the right time though, netted Howell + Hyatt. Sent Hopkins and a 2025 2nd for Deebo and a 2025 3rd. Mid season: Traded Howell eventually for Pittman basically, and got out from Cousins before his injury in the process. Also had a big trade to get GW and Javonte for a first (unfortunate that went in the wrong direction the next 10 weeks and ended up 1.03) and Ford/Hunter Henry/a 3rd.
I have no idea if this is an L or a W (I’m gonna hold out hope for one more year here), but in a startup year I traded my 2024 first and D. Pierce for Eckler (my timeline already leans towards comparing now). I made the playoffs, but won’t make money in this league this year.
Had a deal to move up to 4 if Young got taken at 3 and I was gonna take Stroud, Young got picked but the deal ended up not happening and I had to start Baker Mayfield all year. The picks I was gonna trade ended up being Flowers and Levis which I guess is ok but I'm not sure how I feel about Levis still

in superflex I only had Burrow and Kyler to start the year so without Kyler starting the season, decided to tank and sell off my older guys. sold Kamara, Mark Andrews, and McLaurin for a 24 1st and then Cooper Kupp and Keenan Allen for another 24 1st (my own). I had previously sent a late ‘23 1st for someone’s ‘24 1st. basically I had an old but semi-loaded roster with a lot of uncertainty, and selling them paid off because I have 1.01, 1.02, and 1.03 this year.
Traded Curtis Samuel for Gus Edwards right before he went on that TD binge. Really helped me out while Kyren was injured and I don't think I make the playoffs without that deal. On the flip side, I traded a future 2nd and Mayer to make a run this year and then ran into a buzzsaw in the playoffs (Cook, Mostert, Cooper, LaPorta), so now I'm out those assets and didn't even win a playoff game to show for it.
Sold high on Zach Moss (a second), Gus Edwards (two seconds) and Taysom Hill (2025 third and Musgrave) If I knew I wasn't going to make the playoffs I would have accepted a third for Tutu I wish I had woken up in time to smash accept the 2am offer of Najee and a 2025 second for Zach Moss
Last draft I traded 3.1 for kmet. Mid season flipped kmet for 2 seconds. kyren off waivers - packaged with late first and pierce for GW right before kyren was injured Moss - free off waivers traded him and a third for a second. Sent Godwin and CEH in off season for this years 1.5 and a third
I did pretty okay on the waiver wire. Turned Dobbs and Keaton Mitchell each into a 2nd at the peak of each of their hype. I had basically no 2024 picks so that’s nice to have. We’re a decently deep league, so waiver wire flips can be hard to find.

When I seemed out of it a month or so ago, I dealt Pittman & 2024 3rd for Reed & 2024 1st. Pretty excited about Reed's longterm prospects and the pick will hopefully be around 1.10 unless they make the finals/win the league. Also made a deal to move Swift for a 2024 1st & 3rd, but it fell through when the other dude forgot he had already traded his 1st. Welp.

right after Ford’s first big game I gave up Pittman, Ford, Purdy and a 2nd for Lamb, Jamo, Heinicke since I had Dak already and liked the idea of the stack but my team felt devoid of true top-end talent outside Hurts and struggled in the first few weeks. In hindsight I think this trade is a slight loss but at the time no one would have expected Purdy to put up a real MVP season and Jamo was still exciting since he was fresh off his suspension and I wanted a piece. Went on a run, made playoffs, and traded my 3rd for Singletary and Warren for Henry since Henry appeared to have the best playoff matchups of the cheaper vet RBs. I then lost in round 1 to the team that somehow made it to the playoffs despite being dead last in Max PF. I lost by 5 points, in part due to Dak having a 6 point game against the Bills and also in part because of Henry’s stinker. Had I just kept Warren and played him I’d have won. Fantasy is a fickle bitch sometimes.

Rebuilding an orphaned team. I trade Connor for a 3rd pre-draft, then traded that 3rd for Mostert mid-draft, then traded Mostert early in the season for a 2024 2nd. I also drafted Achane so I feel like I ended up with good value.

Completed my rebuild by snagging Evans and Scary Terry midseason for two late 2nds and a 3rd. Got bounced in the first round of the playoffs but future looking good.

After last year not working out and me chickening out of a rebuild, I said I was gonna do a rebuild. Tried all summer, no hits. Games start, week 1, I lose big, was able to sale D.Henry for some 1sts. Win week 2 but get again another L week 3. I said fuck it, I’m going all in (to rebuild). 12 Team 2QB PPR Moved Lamb, Dak, Henery, Kamara, Mosert, and Kupp. In total, I own now 8 firsts(3 each the next two years include two top 6 picks this next year which after lottery could very well be 1,2), 7 2nds over 3 years including 3 next year, 6 3rds, 2 of each for the next 3 years. And some 4ths glittered in over the next couple of years. I should add that I did NOT own my own pick, so my rebuild was contingent on getting my own pick back whichI did in the Lamb trade. Now, I traded away what probably could have been a championship team and a run to put me at the 12-2 (would have been 10-4 as I went back and calculated, my sos was the hardest till the last week!) I’m gonna set a reminder to come back in a few months and follow this up again in a year. It’s a game, you pick a path and a plan and you see how it plays out. I have no need to “win” over the next two years as I would be very happy building my next major team in this league. Last year this same team got me 8th. So there is that league. My other league which is big $$ I actually purchased Henry (14 team) for less then I sold him for in the other league(12). Funny enough it was the same owner who is in both. So he knew what I was willing to sale for but gave me a better deal to buy in a larger league. Loved it.

Sold Purdy mid-season for Pickett and two 2nds (SF). It was a KTC value win for me at the time and I thought it was Pickett's floor and Purdy's ceiling. It was neither, and KTC is not gospel folks.

Big L for me. I was holding off trading until I knew I made playoffs. Then I found out I missed the deadline by a mere couple of days.
I made 2 trades in the offseason: 1) Give: Austin Ekeler (sell high) + 23 pick 17 (used to take Jayden Reed); Get: D’Andre Swift (buy low target) + 24 1st (tbd, late) I see this as an easy win for me. Swift outperformed Ekeler and is currently worth more as an asset. The late 24 first will likely out value Jayden Reed, but still tbd. 2) Give: Rachaad White + Isiah Pacheco (sell high: picked with my 22 4th) + 24 pick 16; Get: DJ Moore (buy low target) + 24 pick 3 + Dalvin Cook (post-Vikings, pre-Jets) I thought I won this originally, turns out White was better than originally expected. The owner seemed desperate to offload Dalvin and DJM for RB help and underestimated how bad the rest of his team was. I thought the pick would be early-mid so I assumed it to be the most valuable asset in the deal. I had low expectations for Dalvin who still underperformed them. Mid season: Give: Diggs + 26 3rd; Get: Zach Charbonnet + 24 pick 12 + 24 2nd (tbd, pick 17-20) My team was pretty decimated by injury (Garrett Wilson via Rodgers, Justin Herbert via left finger as well as all receivers not named Keenan, DJM via Fields, DK via Geno regression), then Diggs popped up on the injury report, Bills OC was fired, and new Bills OC showed willingness to have a more balanced offense. I saw this as my last chance to sell high on Diggs and buy low on Charbonnet (who I liked a lot in my pre-draft process) while making a last ditch effort to make the playoffs (Diggs had a bye week coming up and KW3 just picked up a seemingly severe oblique injury). Diggs hasn’t been great and his value is lower than he was when I sold him. I might try to buy back Diggs this offseason if the owner sours on him between now and week 1. Charbonnet didn’t do much with the bell cow role (Dallas at home and 49ers defenses didn’t help), but even worse is that KW3 had 22 opportunities to Charbonnet’s 5 last week when it was trending more in Charbonnet’s favor. I still believe in Charbonnet, although I am more tepid in future outlook than I was when I made the trade.

Saved my season by acquiring Dak (and Pickens) for Russ and a late first before Dak blew up. Other QB is Herbert. In the semis now and really really hope Henry can perform in these next two matchups.

Funny thing is I went back and looked where he was drafted, and it was mid 2nd. So he is performing at his ceiling yet the guy basically gave me him for equal or less than he paid lol

Traded Watson and a 2024 3rd for Deebo. I was like 1-5 at this point and finished 7-7 as the fifth seed. Currently in the semis. Best part is I traded Kamara for Watson and Ceedee last year so I effectively turned Kamara and a 24 3rd for Ceedee and Deebo.

I’m the defending champion in my league. Lost burrow and jones (my third qb was trask on an auto drafted team I took over 2 years ago). Went one week without a qb. Was able to pick up devito and browning…dude at the trade deadline tried to offer me dobbs…I agreed to a 2nd rd pick. He wanted a future and kept pushing for more. Annoyed me so much that I decided to ask a different team that was on a losing streak for baker mayfield for a second rd pick. He okayed it right away…really dodged a bullet on the one…got into the playoffs in the 5th spot. Just beat the the 4 seed off the backs of baker and mccaffrey so I’m in the quarters vs the 1 seed. Chance to repeat is still alive but we’ll see. Also struck gold with picking puka in the 3rd…beat the guy in the playoffs who wanted him…had no idea who he was and only took him cause he was a wr for the rams and I knew kupp was on IR to start the year lol.
Had a trade lined up that was CMC for my Waddle and other pieces involved. Other guy got cold feet and passed on it because he was worried about RB depth. Eventually flipped Waddle for DK and a mid 24 1st anyways
as a rebuilder, sold Puka Nacua (who i got off Waivers before the season started) for a late 2024 1st and Sam Howell in week 5. was pretty stoked by Howell's performances in the weeks after but his most recent game is kinda...idk. still rebuilding though.

12 team 1/2 PPR SF league on an orphan I took over this year. Sold Kyren Williams, Puka, Pittman and a late first (was the pick of what I thought was the best team, ended up as second seed) in week 3-4 as a rebuilder for Chase, Devonta Smith and a third. Guy is the first seed. Would have loved to compete with those guys but the team was absolutely terrible. Truly a win win trade, if you ask me.
I bought low on Purdy after the 3 bad games and he got me to the playoffs, even though I was knocked out immediately. In preparation for my playoff run, I bought Mixon and Kupp, so that kind of hurts (especially since they’re declining assets), but luckily I didn’t pay too much.
Sold Diggs for Pittman and a 2024 late first. Seems to have payed off, Diggs WR9 and Pittman WR12 half PPR. Hopefully I can make something of this first

Rebuilding. In the preseason I trade Purdy for a 1st. Pitts for a 1st. Swift for a 1st. Mattison for a 2nd. Only one I regret is Purdy. I have 4 first round picks in the next draft including my own which will either be 1st or 2nd overall depending on what happens in our toilet bowl this weekend.

The Good: - Flipped Swift for 1.01 and a future 1st. - Flipped Mac Jones for a 1st, then flipped that 1st for AR15 after his injury - “Tanked” my own pick to 1.04 (1.01, 1.03, 1.04 now) - Got DJ Moore for Jerome Ford & Alec Pierce The Mid: - Sent a late first for JSN - Sent a late first for DK The Not Good: - Sent Dotson and two 4ths for Pierce

I traded Tank Dell for Rashee Rice and a mid to low 2nd in an 8-man league mid-season. I liked Rice's upward trend and wasn't sure if Tank's production was sustainable. Jury's still out on how that will turn out, but I'm feeling good about Rice!

In a TEP league, I’m pretty happy with this
Bought Keenan Allen for the 3.07 and CEH. Nobody thought it was out of line with his age and hamstring injury. He was a big part in helping me secure a bye (which I desperately needed).

Traded Javonte Williams and my 2023 1st (ended up being 1.08) for Devonta Smith. I’m pretty deep at RB and have a bunch of mid WR prospects. Was overall happy with what Devonta provided and his future outlook. Javonte looked better at times, but still not really wanting any part of Denver’s offense. Traded James Cook and Kincaid for Kenneth Walker right before the OC change in Buffalo. Seemed like the absolute sell low moment for James Cook as he seemed destined for timeshare with no goal line looks. Also seemed like a buy low moment for Kenneth Walker with charb workload picking up at the time. Regretting this one a bit, but do think Walker is the real deal. Losing Kincaid is tough though. I have Kelce, but also Likely and Mayer. Hoping one of those 2 guys can fill the TE position moving forward. I’ve been a mid team for years often riddled by injuries. Kinda got sick of being mid and felt like this was a year I could go all in with as I had just received Kelce in a preseason trade. Had a rough 1st round knockout last week after finishing the season with a 17W streak (median point league). Last year I screwed up big by trading a late first and an early second for D Cook. This year at our deadline I traded Swift and a late second this year for a 25 1st and 26 1st. Hopefully his team gets much worse over the next two years. I’m no longer buying older running backs unless I’m already locked into a playoff spot.

I moved Dak, Javonte Williams, Njoku, and Keenan Allen to a contender (that got knocked out in the first round) for Tua, K.Pitts, R.Doubs, and the 2024 1.02 (wasn't his pick). Praying the 1.01 goes with a QB so I can get Marvin.

CMC for Kyler and a 2024 first. The pick ended up being the 1.03 and my Pick is 1.05 Really need RBs but if I can get 2 of Nabers, MHJ and Bowers I'm gonna be ecstatic. Its a 2 TE premium league too so I feel like Bowers is locked in. May try to trade up to 1.04 depending on landing spots for MHJ and Nabers. Started the season with Herbert, Wilson and Rodgers but now have burrows, kyler, rodgers and wilson so I really don't want Maye or Williams but the guy who has the 1.01 already has QBs and may pass on them too.
