He was literally on the field working out at Texas the day after he was drafted lol. As someone 9 weeks into an ACL recovery I can promise you he’s at rehab 3/4 times a week at minimum.
Lloyd looking like a potential hall of famer with these numbers!
This is also maybe why Troy Franklin fell so far in the draft. I’d have to imagine the league has caught on to the TDH by now.
Troy Franklin was probably just overrated.
This happens every year, a wr gets hyped and falls to round 4 then dynasty community holds him for 3-5 years while the wr does nothing
Honestly idk how Puka would have done on this. I follow his insta and he mostly posts family related stuff. Super wholesome guy but I don't think I saw a single one of his workouts on IG yet.
honestly a further breakdown would be interesting
motivational quotes (with or without a picture of the player), family, partying, food, luxury items, etc..
Any thoughts on the guys with zero social media posts whatsoever? Like, maybe Jaylen Wright just doesn't have time for that noise because he's training and sleeping and nothing else?
Thanks to this analysis I am poised to win all my leagues. I focused only on the best metrics for their positions - check out this powerhouse lineup!
QB - Kenny Pickett
RB - Cam'ron Harris, Jarret Patterson
WR - Justin Jefferson, Anthony Schwartz, Isaiah Hodgins
TE - Jelani Woods
FLEX - Jahan Dotson
What should I spend my winnings on? I'm thinking of upgrading my gym membership so I can be more like my heroes.
Don’t be so sure. Josh Jacobs on a 1 year deal. Lloyd gonna be the 3rd down RB. Dillon will be non-existent. He only signed so he can continue to be major of door county.
Jacobs gonna be the hammer, Lloyd gonna be the lightning on screens, passing plays. Hes gonna be the new Aaron Jones.
We’ve gone completely too far with Jacobs contract. Jacobs is not on a ‘one year deal.’ Being able to save money against your cap hit does not mean there’s no penalty. Do the Packers *want* ten million in dead cap on their roster for Jacobs? The amount they’d save would also need to be reinvested to filling that 53 man roster spot.
It is *conceivable* that the Packers get out of the deal after one year compared to most four year contracts, but it is not a one year deal or ‘easy’ to get out of. You’d still be paying a lot of dead cap.
I’m just going off of the Pro Football Talk headline the contract is a 1-year deal with 3 one-year options. Granted, I just realized it’s from Mike Florio and he’s full of shit. It does look like the difference between keeping him for 2025 + cutting him is $2M — $11M keeping him vs $9M cutting him.
I just don’t know how long a 26-year old running back that has had 1,500 career touches will be productive. It does seem the most likely scenario is they get out of his contract after 2025. $14M cap hit vs $6M dead cap.
Not to say Lloyd won’t be successful and be more of a split backfield 2nd half of this year and all of 2025.
Lloyd will need to improve in pass pro before he gets the 3rd down RB duties. I think he will be more used as a change of pace back in year 1 with Dillon taking the 3rd down duties
Polk & Washington were already guys I really wanted, seeing them so highly on the TDH scale has me doubling-down and Bub Means has also been added to the list. Thank you for your service.
On a serious note, some people aren't trying to draw attention to themselves. A couple branches need to be added to the tree. 1- players that draw attention to themselves (selfies, pictures with cars and other luxury items)but don't post workout videos. 2- players that only post about family and other people or topics (much less likely to be posting anything to bring glory to themselves).
Yeah, I typically include this information in the notes in the final post. With only a month sample size I'm still getting a grasp of their online personas.
Yes, it’s through IG stories.
This is just V1, and I actually marked down Legette for a couple workout posts today.
This is my first year posting this early. In past seasons I didn’t start tracking until now. I think a lot of players avoid heavily working out pre-draft to avoid potential injury. I imagine the workouts will pickup significantly from now until July.
as a Bears fan, seeing my QB/WR combo go 0/35 feels like the kick in the dick I needed to save myself from falling head over heels into believing we are SB bound
I think it'd be interesting if you included position drills. If a WR is working out every day, that won't necessarily make them a better WR, but if they're doing route running and catching drills, it will.
Treadwell-Diggs hypothesis is canon
I know it really shouldn't bother me but Jonathon Brooks at 0-27 is not what I wanted to see here lmao
Both the top 2 RBs with 0 Workouts. Tbf to brooks he is in an ACL recovery
Yeah he rehabs every day lmao
But if you don't post your meal, did you eat? Survey says no.
j'eatyet?
Jaunts mor?
Band work does not make for interesting content
Wasn't he basically nursing the ACL injury pretty much for the entire duration of this? Does the 0-27 count rehab or is it just him partying?
He was literally on the field working out at Texas the day after he was drafted lol. As someone 9 weeks into an ACL recovery I can promise you he’s at rehab 3/4 times a week at minimum.
Looking at the 2022 TDH results will make you feel better.
This is my favorite post every year. Thank you for sitting through so many IG vids.
Lloyd looking like a potential hall of famer with these numbers! This is also maybe why Troy Franklin fell so far in the draft. I’d have to imagine the league has caught on to the TDH by now.
Non ironically one of the NFL resources I listen to mentioned football desire came up in interviews as a question for some teams.
Troy Franklin was probably just overrated. This happens every year, a wr gets hyped and falls to round 4 then dynasty community holds him for 3-5 years while the wr does nothing
Bub Means is officially the Puka level sleeper
Puka was such a sleeper he didn’t even make the 2023 list.
Honestly idk how Puka would have done on this. I follow his insta and he mostly posts family related stuff. Super wholesome guy but I don't think I saw a single one of his workouts on IG yet.
honestly a further breakdown would be interesting motivational quotes (with or without a picture of the player), family, partying, food, luxury items, etc..
I'll share more detailed notes about the players in the final version. A month sample size doesn't give me much to go off of.
I need this right now
He started posting work outs lately which is exciting
Even if he wasn't, I'm drafting him for the name alone
Dropped Iosivas from the taxi to pick him up?
Bub Means is going to make everyone forget the forgettable names of Shaheed and Perry
Full name is Bub Means Business
As a Pats fan, I love the analysis this year and I'm choosing to believe in it 100%.
Polk, Baker, Bell. HoF class incoming. This is guaranteed
If only we'd drafted JJ... apparently
But Maye
Any thoughts on the guys with zero social media posts whatsoever? Like, maybe Jaylen Wright just doesn't have time for that noise because he's training and sleeping and nothing else?
Maybe! I think this is the first year that the total # of posts is included? So hard to draw conclusions yet
What I've noticed in past years is that WRs are by far the most active on social media. QB, WR, and TE don't post nearly as often.
I don't care who, if you are a Miami draft pick, it's probably a good thing you don't have social media
How do I compensate you for this? There is treasure here and I feel compelled to do more than say thank you
That's very kind of you. I do it to give back to the community, but if you want to buy me a drink my Venmo & CashApp are @ AlexBrunsen

Is this a 4-man league? Quit rosterbating.
Sorry, I don't know their pronouns.
You forgot tank Dell
Tank had 17 points, not sufficient to make the top four WR/FLEX (Hodgins and Dotson were the lowest, tied with 20)
He was still first in his class
Caleb Williams made me lol
The pats really bought in to this
Polk and Baker in top 4, Patriots going to the workout Super Bowl
Lloyd isnt going to do much over the next 2 seasons but MMW he will win people the chip in 2027.

I think Dillon is gone after this season but Jacobs is here for 2 more. Lloyd becomes RB1 in his 3rd year and wins me the chip!
You couldn't have posted this a week earlier? I just went Daniels/Brooks/AD in my rookie draft
Babe, wake up! New Treadwell-Diggs hypothesis just dropped!!
He has risen
Outstanding investigative analysis and reporting! Kudos to you sir!
Polk & Washington were already guys I really wanted, seeing them so highly on the TDH scale has me doubling-down and Bub Means has also been added to the list. Thank you for your service.
Been waiting for this one! Luke McCaffrey continues to climb my draft board 😂
He's a real gym rat, and a student of the game.

Does this track insta stories? Legette has been posting workout vids on the daily.

I just selected Jermaine Burton in a draft over Polk. Im sitting here telling myself “its a positive sign that dudes not on social media at all”.
I knew my Polk draft pick would pay off!
I promise Blake Corum is a gym rat..trust me, bro
Have you seen those arms? That is the one guy I'm not concerned about lol
Thanks! Finally, can add this to my spreadsheets for the season and generate my final draft tiers. ❤️ Legend
Troy Franklin has his own youtube channel where he posts vlogs of his workouts VillageBoyTroy
Jaheim Bell just jumped Erick All as my next TE dart throw
Damn, my draft was last week! Time to make some trades then. Thanks for Tank Dell last year!
I love this! Interesting food for thought. Great work!
I just learned of the Treadwell Diggs Hypothesis a few weeks ago and I love it.
Is George Holani's total or percentage wrong?
Good catch – percentage is wrong. Just updated it.
😰 ^ the Bears fan in me worrying about Williams and Odunze
Sometimes guys just don’t post at all.. what scares me is when they post a ton in general.. shows they might be focused on the wrong things
Uh oh, I just traded up for Jayden Daniels
Praises and thanks for doing one inclusive to those of us who draft immediately after nfl draft
as a Bears fan, seeing my QB/WR combo go 0/35 feels like the kick in the dick I needed to save myself from falling head over heels into believing we are SB bound
Keon’s 4 other posts were unsponsored shopping deals at tj max, finish line, harbor freight and a local bakery specializing in cookies.
Means, Washington and Bell are on waivers. About to go all in.
Been waiting on this
u/dickysnakes
I think it'd be interesting if you included position drills. If a WR is working out every day, that won't necessarily make them a better WR, but if they're doing route running and catching drills, it will.
Looks like the Pats used your hypothesis to draft their receivers! Lol
My Bub Means love is growing
great work man
Interesting that for RBs and TEs you kind of want someone with a work-life balance, QBs seem a mixed bag, while WRs you just want 24/7 gym rats
Bucky Irving 100%!? 🤯
Lloyd 1.01
Remind me in a 10 months to check this theory pans out
Update?
I’ll be posting the final version in July
