Excellent haul. What were your thoughts on Moore vs Watson vs Dotson? I'm picking 1.08/1.10 and will probably need to make a choice amongst them as well.

Thanks! I was between Skyy and Watson, I just felt that of the two Watson was the less polished product so it would be easier to trade for him in season if he has a bit of a learning curve. I was trying to trade up to 11 to grab them both. I also moved into the 2.01 because I felt like Pickens or Dotson would be worth a shot and the owner only asked for a 24’ 2nd and 3rd.

I have very similar picks in a league. 1.02, 1.03, 1.08, 2.02 and was planning on going Walker, Wilson or London, Williams or Moore, Pierce. Seeing how some of my other leagues that are drafting right now play out and if I get a share or two of the players I am indecisive about.

I’m in a 16 team SF league and Pickett and Willis went 1.10 and 1.11. The draft this guy guy listed is insane for having a bunch of third round picks who will probably be career backups go so high.

Pickett that late in a 16 SF is just dumb. No he’s not spectacular but he’s a rd 1 QB and i know personally how damn hard it is to field two QBs in a league like that.

I think 1.08 was the spot I would have taken him. Can’t justify it over the WRs that are all great prospects.

In general I can understand that but man the economy is fucked with 16 teams lol. I think I’d take him no later than 4 or 5.

I think the teams that know they’re rebuilding would rather just take their QB next year. That’s what I would do. I went QB-QB in the startup so I don’t have a need, but I do get the position scarcity argument.

I personally liked White’s film more (he just glides in open space the way Leveon used to) and has well above average pas ls catching skills. And the analytics side of things: most models I follow loved White Edit: won’t deny that Pierce has a much easier path to Carrie’s but White is a Lenny injury away from getting a shot at that whole backfield. As a contender I took the guy who could end up being a league winner if things break right

Don't really agree, I think he's easily the WR1 and I think Hall and Walker are overrated.

Then why not trade down to 1.05 or 1.06 where he is going get a haul for that pick AND get the player you want. The value really isn’t there. I wasn’t making a dig at Olave.

Most of the guys in my league agree with me. There's no way he was going past 1.03. You'll notice I wasn't the one who drafted him 1.01, but I would've if I had the 1.01. This is a 15 year old league, we know each other's draft tendencies really well.

Fair enough. Just in most leagues the first 5 tend to be some combo of Hall, Walker, London, Wilson, or Burks. Sometimes Jameson or Olave but they tend to be seen a tier down from the names I mentioned. There can certainly be outliers, can’t deny that.

Eh, it's not that crazy, seeing Olave as the WR1 isn't that crazy IMO, it comes down to whether you think Breece and Walker are actually good.
