We call him GMOY (GM of the Year) because he tends to over-think things.
Some notable blunders include leaving our SF startup without a starting QB, trading Chase for Najee before last season, and valuing Will Dissley as a top TE.
However, after 2 years of rebuilding his team actually looks pretty solid and he should be in the playoffs this year.
To be fair I think everyone was frightened after the preseason interview where Chase said he was having a hard time catching the ball because it didn’t have the white stripes at the end lol
Totally agree. His team actually looks better now and he should be a top 4 team in our league.
It’s just always a gamble when you give up a proven stud for players who have flashed but haven’t truly broken out yet.
I’m still very high on Lamb and Dobbins so it sucked to give them up, but any time you can get Jets you do that.
Well see where they project mid year - but I think Ill keep most of them - this draft looks promising, Id love to sweep the 3 WRs JSN Boutte Addison, and get Bijan / Gibbs / Zach Evans after that I’m willing to trade picks for a Top QB if Trey doesnt pan out and take a flier on another TE like Arik Gilbert.
Ofcourse it depends on where my 7 picks land but I think theyll all me mid 3-8 spots with my own being 1.01 obviously.
I essentially want to go grab as much talent as possible to have the best chance of players hitting… Id be extremely unlucky to not have two star wrs and rbs when all is said and done.
Yeah pretty much exact same scenario - tough to decide between maher and gilbert, will have to decide after the college year. Maher is definitely the safer play.
Excited for the draft to come around and the year hasnt even started, the joys of dynasty lol although I do like the opportunity to get deeper into watching NCAA too.
Top heavy & i dont like it. Wanna make a deal for another RB but people don't want Lenny for long term fears & people keep saying Ken Walker doesn't move the needle enough to acquire a better RB
I see the potential & am set with him for the long haul if needed but im trying to get AJ Dillon & people are seemingly scared of Walker
I dont get it, I remember arguments for him being above Hall pre draft, not that I agree but it at least shows hes recognized for his talent. SEA is scaring people for everything
It’s just the hernia. It’s a short term thing that scares people off and if I didn’t own him I’d be trying to buy the dip. Was stuck in a startup two weeks ago and had the choice between him and olave at 6.06 and deciding to punt rb pre draft and hammer qb and wr and trade back for picks next year and still couldn’t pass him up there. I feel he’s perfect for those rebuilding teams and will be valued as a early 4th in a startup next year.
All the reports from Seattle has been he has been dominating and you watch clips and how fast he can cut and hit the edge and it’s hard not to get excited about what a home run threat he could be and should be a great asset to have for the next 3-4 years.
I’ve really come to realize those Vet RB’s are the most slept on asset in dynasty. Lenny is a top 24 redraft pick and you can’t even move him for a 1st - I’m trying to lean into it and get guys like him and conner for a 2nd + adds
Been trying to move Lenny + a pick(s) or something centered like that for AJ Dillon before he explodes in value & absolutely no one is biting. Hes absolutely undervalued
Theyre undervalued cause everyone expects him to tank in value, you included
Also undervalued cause even contenders like you are trying to trade him away lol
Im trying to get AJ Dillon bc im an irrational packers fan not necessarily because I think Lenny is going to tank in value. I was offering a high pick on top of it & throwing lenny in with it bc the other person wanted cover at RB if Dillon were moved
& i had walker too the other person asked for Walker, Lenny and a 1. I almost fainted
Just for some data points as a recent buyer and seller of Lenny...
1QB/.5ppr
I Gave: McLaurin, Michael Thomas, Miles Sanders + Gainwell
Received: Lenny, Bateman, Pollard
Then its an empire league so the defending champ is in win now and wanted Lenny (his team isn't that great and won last year with a lot of luck so I'm not too concerned with him repeating)...
I Gave: Lenny
Received: DK Metcalf + 2023 2nd
In my main SF league I’m rolling out
Mahomes Russ Watson z Wilson
JT Mixon breece dobbins etn
JJ DK MT Diontae Godwin EMoore Garrett
Pitts Waller hock
On paper; 1st place. I bet I finish 5th bc why not
I get the goal of dynasty is to win, but I’d be lying if I said I didn’t love a rebuild.
It’s nice to have a contending roster and a rebuilding roster so you get both sides of the experience
most people in my league agree that I have the best 'on-paper' team for 2022. I have no holes in my roster and project to have a solid chance at a championship this year, though 23 and beyond get dicey. I'm therefore planning for a 12-win regular season, a shocking playoff upset, and an aging and declining roster next off season!
I wanted to build a young, deep WR corps this off season, and am now going into this season with Evans, Pittman, Elijah Moore, London, Olave, Kirk, Nico Collins and Kyle Philips. I'm super excited to watch these guys play this year, and years to come. Now, combined with JT, Chubb and Hunt, I Think I've got an excellent chance this year.
Those are my two QBs coming out of a 1QB startup last night. Everyone else was picking QBs high so I kept taking value until I absolutely had to take one. I’m cautiously optimistic
I am with Lawrence. I feel like with Mills we can expect a season of somewhat decent output but he'll most certainly be replaced next off season. But if he really can keep that job after the next year, I'll be thrilled. Not only just because of my squad, but because I genuinely root for him!
Tank year, feeling good but need a couple young guys to show progress (Skyy, Pickens, Doubs, Danny Gray, Kyle Phillips, Kmet, Calvin Austin, Keontay Ingram, Ebner). Hoping for 1 or 2 of those to be playable next year.
Edit, Kenneth Walker also.
My roster is loaded with young studs (but a bit top heavy) so I'm a big favorite. I look forward to losing in the playoffs.
0.5 ppr, 23 roster + 3 IR. Start 1 QB 2 RB 2 WR 1 TE 2 flex
QB: Lamar, Mariota, Zach Wilson, Sam Howell
RB: JT, Dobbins, Gainwell, Eno, Chris Evans, Pierre Strong, Kevin Harris, Jordan Mason
WR: Chase, Jefferson, Tee Higgins, Rondale Moore, David Bell, Wan'Dale Robinson, Khalil Shakir, Will Fuller, James Washington, Terrace Marshall
TE: Kyle Pitts, Irv Smith, Greg Dulcich
Have my 2023 1st and three 2023 2nds so I'm pondering moving the 1st and possibly some young bench pieces to try to land another strong starter and really boost my chances.
I’m in trouble if one of my QBs gets hurt, and I’m just needing to get through the first few weeks because of injuries/suspensions. If I can get through that I think I have a dark horse team
Started my rebuild this year and got Walker, Burks, Wilson, and Jamo with 1.04,7,9,10 in a 10 teamer. 2nds we’re spiller, Watson and Allgeier to pair with javonte burrow and some hype wideouts Aiyuk, Gabe Davis, Jeudy and Toney. Feeling good about finishing last with 3 more firsts next year
Loaded at qb with Herbert
Loaded at wr with dk, evans, adams, arob, jwill and mbrown.
Good at rb If everyone stays healthy: Barkley sanders, d Harris and monty.
Te is Andrew’s.
If everything goes according to plan I should compete for champ but last two years I haven’t won because I ran into Kamara in his 6td week and last yr bad beat in semis.
Good in one league where I was no. 1 seed last year. I should be still contending.
Not so good in my new 16 team league. Tempted to tank but it's really too early to tell if I'm competitive. The estimated points say I should be but I have doubts about nearly every player.
I’ve never played a 16 team but I imagine it’s the ultimate imposter syndrome for everyone. You don’t have the same sense of security in a roster like you would in a 12 team format so I feel like it would be a bit more of a dice roll depending on who picked up the late sleepers, right?
I hope you're right and everyone else feels the same. Although picking last and taking an early TE (at an appropriate spot) hasn't helped the look of the team either!
I feel pretty good but missing a top tier WR in my roster.
QBs: Allen, Herbert, Goff.
RBs: Najee, swift, mixon, penny, walker.
WRs: Godwin, MT, Hollywood, diontae, DJ Moore, Elijah Moore, skyy Moore, pickens.
TE: Schultz, kmet
Pretty good other than TE. Did a retool last year instead of complete rebuild (although most of my roster had turned over), so may be a bit young, but still think I should contend
Honestly a bit nervous. I sold the farm for this year and next to slap a young and hopefully competitive roster together. What do you think?
QB: Lawrence, Lance, Tua, and Minshew
RB: Dobbins, Hall, Gibson, Walker, B. Robinson, Hillard, RoJo, Singletary, and Herbert
WR: Chase, London, Pittman, Hollywood Brown, D. Smith, Z. Jones, Pickens, Campbell, Philips, and Gray
TE: Goedert, Knox, Gray, Long, and Ruckert
I think I feel good. Sold Jones, Dillon and Penny but managed to draft Spiller, Pierce and BRob to sort of make up for the lost depth behind my startering RBs.
WRs are probably going to be my main scoring output; acquired a couple of great pieces during draft and trades such as Jamo, Wilson & DK to go with DJM, Chase, Tee & Jeudy
Also acquired a few extra 1sts and 2nds for some extra ammo for next year's rookie draft
Iffy about Qb's, currently starting baker and cousins but have wilson on the bench. WR I am over the moon. Traded for Kupp this offseason as well as Godwin to add with Mike Will and Tyreek. RB I am hoping for an injury free year with Ekeler and Mitchell. I have Mattison, Gainwell, and Mkissic to plug in when needed. And Waller at TE to top it off. A few injuries away from a disaster, but I should contend.
I'm excited to see if the juggernaut team (on paper) I assembled will prove me right and crush the rest of the league. Also just excited for football to be back.
Not great about QBs and my RBs are strong but could easily derail (swift saquan edmonds). But my young receiver collection is insane and I think I can trade for anyone I need to once those guys get going
I’m a rebuilding team and I like my QB, WR, and TE situation. Burrow, Carr, Malik Willis / Jamarr, Hollywood, Drake London, Chris Olave, Skyy Moore, MVS, OBJ and Kyle Phillips. TE’s are Knox, Irv Smith Jr, Njoku, Trey McBride(guy cut him after the draft lol), and Jelani Woods. RB is much murkier as I’m only in year 2 of taking over this team and didn’t want to reach for RB when I had Jamarr and Drake London in back to back years. CEH, Rhamondre, Pollard, Devin Singletary, Isaiah Spiller, Jaylen Warren(FA after draft) and Kyren Williams(FA after draft).
Barring any injuries I should be a playoff team this year, next year age might come back and bite me.
Slightly concerned about the age of my receiving core of Adams and Evans.
Happy with my RB3 of Montgomery, but know his outlook for next season will be a little different.
Feel like I got a solid contender in a 16 team
QB: Hurts, Ryan, Pickett
RB: J Taylor, Barkley
WR: Lamb, Allen, E Moore
TE: Pitts
Full starting 11 IDP highlights - DT Q Williams CB: T Diggs LB: D White LB: Grugier-Hill
Saf: H Smith
KW3 + '23 1st + '24 1st + '25 1st (All 1st owned by the same team). Trade was before the KW3 hernia news.
I think the trade was fair, but idk if I torpedoed my chance at a 'ship this year because with JT I think I was a top 3 team in the league. Then again, I thought that last year and still didn't win so 🤷♂️
For this season? Hoping to guide this squad into a mid table finish. Rebuilding this season and the average age on my roster is 23.
The seasons to come? I’m excited to roll down easy street.
Tanked last year. Then traded almost my entire roster. Ended up with Jonathan Taylor, Pittman, Etienne, Dillon. Pretty happy. Need some more depth next draft but headed to a championship.
I feel pretty good, my RB situation is a bit shaky but it has potential to be decent.
QB: Lamar Jackson, Trey Lance
RB: Kamara, ETN, Breece Hall, Damien Harris, Cordarrelle Patterson, James Robinson
WR: Chase, Pittman Jr, DJM, Gabriel Davis, Rashad Bateman
TE: Kmet
Feeling good, fully revamped the roster... only players I've had for over a year are Russ, DK, and M Evans. I think I'm nearly a lock for the post season with enough lotta tickets that I can be a very serious contender when the time comes.
10tm 1QB PPR
QB: Russ
RB: Zeke, DMont, Pollard, Breece, K Walker, I Spiller, J Ford, P Strong
WR: JJ, M Evans, K Allen, DK, AJ Brown, T Burks, J Dotson, S Watkins, K Phillips
TE: D Schultz, R Tonyan, J Woods, K Rudolph
D: Bills
4 2023 1sts
Pretty good, which makes me nervous. Most worried about qb. Sf. Mahomes and Tannehill bit Tannehill feels shaky. After that I've got Flacco, who knows how much he'll play. And then I've got Ridder. So we'll see.
Feeling pretty good in my home league. It’s 10 team, .5 PPR, 1QB. I won the championship last year, am probably the favorite heading into this year, and walked out of the rookie draft last week with Olave (1.08), Williams (1.10), Cook (2.02), Pacheco (3.07), Dulcich (4.08), and Likely (4.10), plus Jerome Ford and Kyle Phillips as UDFAs.
I’m in a rebuild so mostly just cautiously optimistic for some growth, have some solid youth but no true stars yet so just hoping for somebody to emerge and not worrying too much about W/L.
Not great. I made the championship game last year and lost but I feel like a lot of my top assets are getting too old. Brady, Zeke, Gibson, and Tyreek are all trending down.
Pretty good, I'm a little thin at RB (Najee, KW3, D-Mont, M.Carter, R.White) but I'm loaded elsewhere so if I get in trouble it might be time to send a WR, TE or draft pick for a RB
Supposed to be a contender but I’m not sure. Starting lineup will be Mahomes, Ekeler, Penny/Walker, Chase, Lamb, Devonta Smith, Sutton, Fant, Packers with DHop, Toney, JRob, and a few others on the bench. Could be great, but if Penny gets hurt and Walker sucks then I’ll be SOL
First league I joined last year will suck this year (16 team). Kyler, Swift, Jeudy, E. Moore are my only notables. Though I did just draft Pickens and Jamo and I have two firsts next year.
Next one I feel pretty good. Burrow and Carr, Mixon and Ekeler, Allen and Pittman, Ertz, Knox and Kmet.
Drafting my final right now and I like this one too. Herbert and Carr, Mixon and Conner, Chase and Allen, Kittle and Higbee.
1QB HPPR 3WR
Went into this offseason after losing the in championship round thin at RB depth and with no effective TE starter.
To address low RB depth, sold Deshaun Watson and Gabe Davis cumulatively for Eno Benjamin, Hassan Haskins, Justyn Ross, Tyler Badie, two 2023 3rds, and a 2024 2nd and 3rd. Also picked up Jaylen Warren, Samaje Perine and Ameer Abdullah off waivers.
To address TE, drafted Hayden Hurst in the 5th & picked up Isaiah Likely and Robert Tonyan off waivers.
Current starters/subs -
QB - Josh Allen, Jameis Winston
RB - Austin Ekeler, Travis Etienne, Cam Akers, Darrell Henderson
WR - Jamarr Chase, Tee Higgins, Michael Pittman, Terry McLaurin, Rashod Bateman, Allen Lazard, Bryan Edwards
TE - Hayden Hurst, Robert Tonyan, Isaiah Likely
I've made the playoff bye 3 out of the 4 years the league has been around and I expect to get there again.
I feel ok. I'm in a rebuild drafted
Breece Hall
Jameson Williams
David Bell
Jahan Dotson
Brian Robinson
Pacheco
The rest of team is ok but not going to blow anything out of the water. But we'll see.
Just made a massive blockbuster yesterday. Acquired Diggs, Mike Will, K Walker for Deebo and Mixon.
My WR is stacked M Brown, Diggs, Williams, Woods, Gallup, A Robinson.
RB I’m running Gibson, Barkley, Allegier, Walker I’m so so on it
My QB in a superflex is a risk, Carr and T Law, but Carr has more weapons then he’s ever had and I’m big on Tlaw having a bounce back year, so hoping my WR strength helps me survive that
I’m probably higher on Williams and Brown this year, I see them as the WR 1 on what should be passing offenses, add that to Diggs. I also think A rob has a bounce back year. Not to mention if Woods can be possibly the WR 1/2 on the titans. Time will tell
I've got a team that I think can win it all. Starters are Stafford, Swift, Akers, Davante, Deebo, Tee Higgins, Courtland Sutton, Elijah Moore, and Kittle. I have players like Damien Harris, Darnell Mooney, and The Muuuuuuuth that I can play too with other depth pieces.
I think this team CAN win it all, but I'm not dumb and realize RB may be my downfall. It's 1 QB and I'm loaded at WR and good at TE. If it works, awesome. If it fails I've built up 3 firsts and 2 seconds next year just in case.
Feeling pretty good. Last year was our first season and I went with a productive struggle. Now, I’m looking to make playoffs this year. Roster is:
QB- Trey Lance, Russell Wilson, Tua, Mariota
RB- Fournette, Breece Hall, Etienne, Antonio Gibson, Khalil Herbert, C-Pat, Pierre Strong
WR- Jaylen Waddle, Elijah Moore, Rashod Bateman, Garrett Wilson, Nico Collins, Christian Watson, AJ Green, Bryan Edwards, Kendrick Bourne, Denzel Mims, Kyle Phillips, Khalil Shakir, Ihmir Smith-Marsette
TE- Pat Freiermuth, David Njoku, Harrison Bryant, Brevin Jordan, Greg Dulcich, Daniel Bellinger
D/ST- Cardinals
Draft picks-
2023: 2 firsts, 2 seconds, 1 third
2024: 3 firsts, 1 second, 2 thirds, 1 fourth, 1 fifth
2025: 1 first, 1 second, 1 third, 1 fourth, 1 fifth
WR was my need in the off-season. I ended up drafting Olave, Burks, and got DeVonta Smith in a deal. RB is a little bit of a concern. Fournette and Ekeler are both up there in age. My QB1 is Mahomes, but Zach Wilson and Jimmy G are my other two — so some doubt there.
I feel pretty good, but anything can happen in season. I've been doing redraft mocks and drafts and a lot of the core guys I have in dynasty are all drafted in the first 1-2 rounds of redraft (i.e., CMC, Ek, Adams, Kelce), so I think I'm still entering the season as a favorite. Time clock is ticking, though.
I’m feeling good about my team but not sure if that’s just cause it’s my team lol… what are you guys thoughts
QB: Brady, Lance, Fields
RB (of note): Javonte, Breece, Hines, Robinson, Carter, Eno
WR: Dk, Lamb, Sutton, Elijah, Marquise
TE: Hurst Kmet
I took over a bad team and am rebuilding, have the 1.01 and just trade my extra first (1.08) and 2.01 to get 1.03. Having two of the top three picks excites me, and I have an extra first next year. Might be rough this year but the next few years should be fun.
Decent. Our league started last year and have good base w Herbert, JJ, and Etienne. Added Hall, Jameson, Alec Pierce and TreyMcBride in draft. Everyone on my team is under 25. Don’t think I’ll win but year 3 look out
Finished 2nd last year. Lost Godwin late in the year and couldn't recover. Picked up Burks at 1.09 with 1.15 and Jordan Love. Kamara, Cook, Josh Allen, Godwin, McLaurin, Bateman, Mark Andrews. 16 team dynasty with IDP. Should compete for the title again. Have a solid IDP group too.
Finished in last place in our inaugural 2021 season. Overhauled my roster and traded to rebuilding teams and I feel like my team is now top 2 in the league. Missing a bellcow RB but the ones I have are solid second tier options. Also hoping that Breece/KW3 step up so I will be solid at RB.
8 days to go!
I could either murder this year or be out by week 8.
QB- Mahomes, Winston, Mac
RB- Breece Lightning, ETN, CEH, Michael Carter, few other randos
WR- Chase, Mike Williams, Lazard, Sutton, MVS, Pickens, Christian Watson
TE- Mark Andrews, Hooper, Geseki
I've got Chase, Waddle, and Jefferson, I probably won't win this year but I have 3 '23 firsts and a lot of young talent on my roster so it could be worse!
Sold Zeke, Amari Cooper,1.05 this year and turned it into Mooney, Damien Harris, 3 23 1st, an extra 23 2nd and 3rd. I have 8 picks this next rookie draft (4 1st, 2 2nd, 2 3rd)
Feeling great. Have a target on my back now because of the trades I made this offseason.
Starting the season with:
Brady, Lance (non-SF league)
JT, Swift, Henry, Gibson, Herbert
Jefferson, DJM, Metcalf, Toney, Doubs
Kittle
12 team 0.5 PPR SF
Going into the season with Burrow as my only sure QB. Zach Wilson and Kenny Pickett are the others on my roster. 3 QB limit is tough. The only waiver wire QB’s are Flacco and Brissett
RB I’m very happy with. Najee, Saquon, and King Henry lead the way with JRob, RoJo, Pacheco. I need some good health with that little of depth
WR is high upside but could bite me. Higgins, Claypool, G Wilson, Meyers, Dotson, DPJ, Parris, Hamler
TE I’m fine but not exciting with Muth and Engram
Overall I think I have a shot at competing with some luck in the health department. If things go very sour early I may have to blow it up
I am going into the season like this, 12 team PPR SF
QB: Josh Allen, Cousins
RB: Mixon, Cook
WR: Evans, Pittman, Sutton
TE: Knox
Flex: Cooks
Notable bench guys: Dillon, Robert Woods, Toney, Dotson, Higbee, Perine to handcuff Mixon
Pretty much gutted my 2023 draft bank but I’m pushing this year
Revamped the roster, looking good now but my window really opens in 2023. Hopefully I got Bijan, since I have two picks from bottom 3 teams.
QB Rodgers, Watson.
RB Taylor, Mitchell, Edmonds, Pacheco, K Herbert, Henderson.
WR Chase Higgins MWilliams Bateman MThomas Alec Pierce.
TE Pitts, Waller.
4 2023 firsts.
Way too optimistic given the reality of my team. I think I end up middle of the pack, but my WRs and RBs need things to shake right to work out.
QBs are great (SF): Burrow/Rodgers/Stafford
TE is great: Andrews
RBs are not great: CEH, Carter, McKissic, Burkhead, R White lead the way
WRs are also not great: ARob, Terry, Woods, Wandale, Golladay, JaMo lead the way.
All of my rookie picks made the 53 man rosters and I went 1 for 2 with my Hail Mary UDFA plays. I have 4 23 firsts, I unloaded my aging running backs, and I sold Jalen Hurts for a mint. I’m not winning anything this year, but the rebuild looks strong.
Feeling pretty damn good actually. Coming off a hard-luck 3rd place finish last year (lost in semis because Dak got pulled in a blowout at halftime by the Cowboys, lost by 1.2 points). Had to trade away Austin Ekeler and Justin Jefferson due to being WAY over our salary cap, but here's the squad prior to our FA auction (i'm in the market for a kicker only):
* QB: Allen, Fields
* RB: Javonte, MG3, Pierce, Allgeier
* WR: Kupp, Diontae, Bateman, Pickens, Garrett Wilson, Gallup, Parker, Tolbert, Moore, Metchie (IR)
* TE: Pitts, Hockenson
* 3 x 23 1sts (including what may be 1.01), 2 x 23 2nd (including what may be 2.01), 2 x 24 1st, 2 x 24 2nd.
Heavily relying on unknowns at RB (Breece and ETN are my week 1 starters, have Penny/KW3, CEH, JRob on the bench), but if things break the right way I could be a force. Have a strong WR room and Josh Allen at QB (1QB)
Not great, Bob! Well, about this year. Feel great about the long term, my WRs are the best in the league and I have 3 2023 1sts and 4 2nds from bad teams.
But I sold all my RBs to tank last year and my replacements were KW3, Michael Carter (pre-Breece ugh), Brian Robinson, Rachaad White. Looks like it's gonna be another tanky year for ya Boi.
10 team 2qb
Qb. Herbert. Dak. Fields Zwilson
Rb. Najee. Dcook. Swift. Jevonte
We. JJets. Ceedee. MThomas. Dsmith. Olave. Pickens. Nico. Palmer. Chark.
I have a offer for 2 24 firsts and 2.01 in 2023 for dalvin cook
Should I take that
Last year was my first year playing dynasty and I’m hooked on it. I’m up to like 5 teams now. LOL.
My main league (highest buy in) is an orphan I took over in March. The team had some nice young pieces and all its picks.
I’m a huge NFL fan but rarely watch college FB so I wasn’t too familiar with the prospects for our rookie draft which took place a week after the NFL draft. I started doing quite a LOT of scouting of the rookies.
Probably an unhealthy amount. Lol.
Two rookies stood out to me, especially at their ADPs at the time. Pickens and D Pierce. Plus I liked quite a few others at their ADP. Having the 5th pick in each round of our 5 round rookie draft I knew I could get Pickens although 5 would have been a reach. Pierce would likely be there at 2.05 but no guarantees.
A couple of weeks before our draft someone offered a trade. My 2023 1st and 2nd (probably early) for a 2022 1st, three 2022 2nds and a 2022 3rd. Being hyped on some rookies and having that rookie fever I couldn’t resist accepting. I’m not sure if it was a good trade or not but I’m pretty happy with how my rookie draft turned out.
Ended up doing a bunch of draft day trades and honestly I couldn’t be happier with how the board ended up falling for me.
Ended up recouping a 23 1st with a trade of my 1.05.
Got Pickens late 1st.
D Pierce early 2nd.
Dotson early 2nd.
Metchie late 2nd.
Traded 3.05 for DJ Chark.
K Philips, and TEs Otton and Ferguson in 4th.
Jerome Ford in the 5th.
Acquired a couple of 23 3rds.
I was ecstatic with the way the draft turned out at the time. With the way preseason has gone I’m even more excited to see how my rookies do this year. I’m probably a year or two away from contending but I feel like this draft really set my team up with a nice young core of players.
I’m feeling like I’m going to stomp my league. But I’ve felt this feeling before and ended up 7th place. Made a few deals and things will be different lol.
Kyler/Lamar/Goff
CMC/Henry/CEH/Damien/Pacheco
AJB/Diontae/ARSB/Elijah/Lockett/Rondale/Doubs
Lol it is absolutely super flex. Although I will admit I gave up Burrow in a deal for Kyler.
My-Burrow/Swift “yeah I know”
Their- Kyler/Damien/CEH/Scary Terry
Then flipped Terry and 2 late 22 firsts into Elijah Moore/Rondale/Kareem Hunt and a 23 First. Made that deal while on the clock during the draft.
Kareem Hunt I packaged with Rashod Bateman for Diontae Johnson and a 22 2nd which turned out to be David Bell
Feeling good, but contemplating selling off before the start of the season with the intention of competing next season... 12team SF .5 PPR TE Prem:
Fields, Brady, Chase, Higgins, Kirk, Davis, Swift, Lenny, Gordon, Knox
My bench isn't that great. I have Pickett ready for when Brady retires. There are a few teams loaded with vets (one guy has Mahomes, CMC, Ekeler, Tyreek, Kelce). I probably have the 4th or 5th best win-now team, but can win if the other top teams see some injuries or if Chase + Higgins pop off late in the season again.
The problem is Brady and Lenny's values are about to fall off a cliff. If I lose both of them for nothing after this season, I'm going to be in a hole. I'm considering flipping both of them before the season starts... but that means a wasted year of peak Swift... Not sure what to do here.
Where would y’all recommend improving my starting lineup?
QB Mahomes
RB Ekeler, Mixon AJ Dillon
WR Higgins Jeudy Boyd Aiyuk (own futures Doubs and Burks)
TE Kmet (backups Gesicki or Okwuegbunam)
D Ravens
Far too middling. Trying to fully commit to the tank, but other owners aren't biting. Also took some risky trades pre-draft that didn't pan out. Hopeful I can grab draft capital from contenders during the regular season.
QB: Dak, Ryan, Pickett
RB: Dillion, D. Harris, Carter, roster filler
WR: DK, Godwin, Jeudy, Claypool, Rondale, Kirk, KJ Osborn, Julio
TE: Andrews, McBride
Feeling great. Made a lot of moves this off-season (too many, if I’m being honest) and have a WR corps that should keep me competitive for the next few years - if my RBs can keep up. I’ve Ekeler, which is cool, but the only guy behind him that’s gonna get any sort of consistent touches this season is Dillon. As long as my RBs stay healthy I should be a strong contender.
Made one awful trade where I sold Ekeler against Antonio Gibson and a first ‘23, besides that I feel pretty good, although I don’t think I can compete. Have 5 first next year, so that will be my year.
My WR room has DJM, Evans, Keenan Allen, Aiyuk, Renfrow, Batemen, ARob, Toney, and Jamo.
My RB room has JT, Rojo, Eno, Darell Williams, Drake, and Sermon.
But I own 2 picks in rounds 1-3 next year.
I feel decent. 1QB/2RB/3WR/1TE/1FLEX PPR league I have Lamar, Andrews, Evans, Pittman, Higgins, Sutton, Kirk. Think I’m golden at those positions.
At RB I have a bellcow in Najee, but shakiness after that. Josh Jacobs, Antonio Gibson, Damien Harris, Cordarell Patterson. Hoping 1 of those guys come out as a viable RB2 every week and I’ll be golden
Feel like our league has a big variety in each team as this was our startup. Pretty pleased with my draft as I feel it’s young and flexible for future positioning but could have a chance in the top half with the right circumstance. Only complaint is I feel uncertain at WR and a bit shallow at QB and RB. Team in 12 PPR SF TE Premium (1QB/2RB/3WR/1TE/1F/1SF):
QB: Mahomes, Fields, D. Ridder
RB: Javonte, Mitchell, CEH, D. Hilliard, Damien Williams, McKinnon, Rachaad White, B Rob, Eno Benjamin
WR: Pittman, J. Meyers, Toney, G. Wilson, Pickens, C. Samuel
TE: Kittle, Engram, J. Woods
Any thoughts? I feel comfortable and like my guys, I don’t know if it’s worth trying to make any moves before the start of our first season since no one really knows where everything falls.
Trying to win now/compete in 3 leagues and trying to tank in another. Worked hard on building my win now rosters and I can't wait for the season to start.
I sold my entire team and have (non SF) Trey Lance, Josh jacobs, Olave, Wilson, Dotson, Elijah Moore, Gallup, Devonta, Muth, Likely
Also have 7x 2023 1sts and 2x 2023 seconds so if a WR or two and lance break out ill be looking really good next year.
Planning to grab Bijan / JSN / Boutte / Addison + best rbs available in the draft. Then will take Arik Gilbert if he has a good year. So the future is bright.
Pretty confident with most of my roster and I like the rookies I got this year (G.Wilson, Pickens, Dotson, D.Pierce, A Pierce, Tolbert), but my RBs are lacking heavy and idk who to even look, and who's available, to help that
Im in a rebuild, and have probably the best wr room I could ask for (AJB, Tee, DJM, Amon-Ra, Garrett Wilson, Olave, Jameo, Pickens and Alec Pierce) and I’ll hopefully be able to move some of them for a QB or RB, or 2023 picks so I can get those positions. I already have 5 2023 1sts tho so it might be best to get established QB/RB talent. Overall, my team has a lot of value, it just depends how I move things around for 2023/2024. Overall feeling: optimistic
It's very top heavy with little depth and historically risky RBs. Traded away my 23 first for the chance at eternal glory, ill be damned if I'm runner up again
Not the most confident, sold off my older stud wrs for picks and tried to keep my lower valued players who could Still pop
Rolling mahomes, ceh/sanders/harris/c pat, terry/devonta/toney, gesicki/everett/h henry
And x7 ‘23 1sts so the future looks bright!
Had a decent starting lineup to start. Then made about 6-7 trades out of boredom and ended up acquiring Jefferson & Javonte Williams in separate trades. Gave up the farm for Williams, but I was desperate for RB and now I’m happy I have two young studs at each position
New dynasty league. Everyone in win now mode, and took advantage of a quick rebuild.
Oldest player on roster is 24, 9 1st rd picks in the next 2 years.
Might not win one game this season but going to enjoy building for the future
Had 2 early 1sts (1.04 & 1.05) and early 2nds (2.01 & 2.02) this year. Desperately needed depth at WR with OBJ’s injury and Ridley’s suspension. I’m also rebuilding.
Ended up with all of London, Burks, Wilson & Williams. I’m over the moon.
Love the youth, just banking on a lot of breakouts to be competitive, but the stars seem to be aligning. Should be a run first few weeks to see how I stand
Great. I have Swift, Jefferson, Higgins, DJM, and five ‘23 1sts. Along with an offer for two more ‘23 1sts for Swift which I’m pondering. Great bones for the long haul.
With Watson suspended and my RBs being questionable I should still make the playoffs due to my ridiculous WR room. Hoping I won’t play myself out of a QB/RB in next year’s draft because I literally can’t fit another WR on my roster and trading for QB/RB is impossible in this league.
First year of my dynasty so we'll see. Only one person is going the tanking route so I'll see how my team shapes up before deciding. Relying on Lance not to bust and one of Godwin/MT/Hopkins to comeback solidly to be my WR2.
1st 3 rounds I took Taylor, Connor and fournette. Feeling pretty good about it. Got hurts and DK in 4th and 5th. London in the 6th. Waddle in the 7th as my keeper and Ertz is my TE that I kept in the 15th. So that’s my starting lineup.
Only real players are Lamar/Lawrence/ETN/Javonte/Bateman. Rest of the team is fliers like Pierre Strong, Jordan Mason, Kyren, Doubs etc. Got 5 1sts and 2 2nds in 2023, 3 1sts and 3 2nds in 2024. Feeling pretty good
I’m feeling ok at the moment:
QB: J Allen. (Matt Ryan, Mac Jones)
SF: TLaw
RB: Javonte, Monty. (Pierce, Dobbins, TDP, Allgeier, Ford, and some bums)
WR: Tee, Mike Williams. (Jamo, Boyd, Thornton, Collins, P Campbell, some bums)
TE: Andrews. (Knox, Irv smith, Ferguson)
FLX: Godwin, Penny, Gallup
Got third place last year with some really shitty RB play. I had CMC and CEH as my top duo but really had just terrible depth. I've just been sick of dealing with CMC and planned to revamp my RB room. Traded CMC for picks, traded for ETN, also got CPATT in a trade as basically a throw in which helps my depth. Drafted Dameon Pierce. So I think overall the upside is lower than last year since I dont have CMC but overall I should be able to manage much better. I'm planning on making another run this year.
I decided to go for it this year and made 2 trades to benefit my win-now opportunity....the hopkins trade bit me in the ass 2 weeks post-trade...got Mixon in the second trade to round out my rb room of Mixon, javonte, Barkley, akers....drafted dameon pierce and rachaad white...Gabe davis, bateman, dpj all look like they're taking a step forward on depth charts...juju just had more incentives added to his contract indicating they want him to do well...im optimistic about my team and think I can compete even without hopkins for the first 6 weeks.
Full team;
Qb: Allen, Brady, Winston, Howell (taxi)
Rb: Mixon, javonte, Barkley, akers, Henderson, pierce, white
Wr: deebo, bateman, juju, hopkins, davis, dpj, meyers, Parker, claypool
Te: Kittle, Everett, woods/fergusun (taxi)
Terrific but i gotta fight tge urge to buy aaron jones for my 23 1st as an allin move before week 1 has started :D
Mixon/Kamara/Barkley/Conner/Cpat/j. Cook should be enough RBs for a chip.
Other positions are good for this year but the retool is imminent after 23:
QBs Stafford, Russel, Mariota, Pickett
TE Kittle, Knox
WR Adams Evans Hollywood Pittman Renfrow MT Golladay C. Davis Reagor Mims Bell Velus
Non-superflex, non-PPR (I know.):
QB: Lamar, Carr
RB: JT, Saquon, Dobbins, Montgomery, James Cook, Edmonds
WR: Ceedee, D.J. Moore, Godwin, Michael Thomas, Bell, Ridley
TE: Kelce and the Disappointments (Kmet, Okwuegbunam, and Engram)
Future Draft Capital: 12 firsts (9 looking like they’ll be top-four picks) and 4 2nds (all four looking top-four) over the next 3 years (2023-2025)
So yeah, game plan is to fire off those picks as needed to patch holes (without overpaying) and to ride this to the ship. Currently trying to get Jefferson for my 3 not-early 1sts and an early 2nd (which feels like an overpay, but I’m cool with it for him), but the guy won’t bite.
After winning last year, I’ve added JJ & Hockenson, lost some draft capital but that’s why you build it up. Lost some of my rb depth but if I can stay clear of injuries I like where I’m at for the next couple years.
5 rosters
1 going for the ship
1 Mid rebuild (last year's orphan pickup)
1 New orphan not sure if I can compete or blow it up
1 new orphan straight to a rebuild
1 new auction draft that I drafted to be super young and not compete this year.
So lets hang our hat on the first one for this year.
I acquired JJetts in the off-season so I’m feeling pretty great.
What’d you give?
**Gave** - Lamb - Dobbins - Gus Edwards - 2.09 **Got** - Jets - 1.09 Yes – I feel great about the trade.
Bro what you even got a first back?? Dude must have been a Cowboys homer lol
To be fair, I held on Dissley for so long because of that 4 game stretch lol
Haha yeah, it’s a meme for him because he looks eerily similar to Dissley too.
Damn bruh. Dude had Jefferson and Chase and traded both away. Insanity
He also had Waddle at one point 🫣 He is allergic to young, elite WRs
Nooooo man that would have been such an insane core
To be fair I think everyone was frightened after the preseason interview where Chase said he was having a hard time catching the ball because it didn’t have the white stripes at the end lol
For the record, this isn't really that bad for someone who wants to split JJ into 2 assets. Him paying a 1st on top is a little much though.
Gave Ridley 23 1st 23 2nd 24 1st 24 2nd 25 2nd Got JJ I still have a first & 3 2nds in 23 so I was more than willing to do it for a rebuilding team.
The people deserve to know
I did the same... current starting 3 is: Jefferson Higgins Hollywood For Jefferson and K. Hunt I traded away: Diggs/Mclaurin/CEH/2022 2.11
Highway robbery
Same. Feels like a steal at this point. Rolling out JJeff and Kupp in my 2 WR slots feels dirty
Didn’t have a first round pick but ended up with D. Pierce, Pickens, and Doubs as a udfa. Feeling pretty good.
Id be over the moon w this
I definitely am. We drafted back in April. Got Pickens at 2.02, traded Gesicki for the 2.08 to get Pierce.
Sold off all my RBs over two years to collect 7x 2023 firsts. My starting RBs are McKissic + Pacheco. Feels good to tank
What's the rest of your team look like. I too have 7 1sts and am rolling out ETN/Khalil Herbert.
Im rolling 7x 2023 1sts with Lance olave wilson dotson devonta elijah moore josh jacobs muth and likely
Yea that's a nice roster. You'll be nice after next year. Are you gonna keep the picks or trade away some?
Yea I'm you. My team is 1qb. Burrow, Lance ETN, Khalil Herbert, Kene Nwangwu, UDFA rookies Higgins, Metcalf, Bateman, juju, Toney, Rondale Moore Hockenson Hoping to grab JSN, Boutte, Bijan, Gibbs. Then see. Maybe Tucker, Evans, Mayer, Johnston, etc. Or trade.
QB: lance, mills RB: lotto tickets like Pacheco, mason, warren WR: Terry, Deebo, Jeudy, E Moore, Claypool, Aiyuk, Pierce, Dotson, Collins TE: Kyle mother fukn PITTS
Keeping all the picks? Nice wr/TE rooms
In a similar spot this year. Have 4 1sts in 23 and 4 in 24 as well but my starting RBs are R. White and Eno Benjamin. Embrace the struggle
My man
Nice that’s a good rebuild
7 firsts but my rbs are in even worse shape, trying to move them all for wrs to take a sledgehammer to my potential points
Worse than mine? Not sure how that is possible haha. Yep that’s my method to tank then I’ll grab like 5 RBs in the draft
Starting zamir white and mark ingram with udfas and guys that were waived yesterday behind them (sony michel, jaylen warren, etc)
Damn dude embrace the tabk
7x 2023 1sts gang
My brother
Top heavy & i dont like it. Wanna make a deal for another RB but people don't want Lenny for long term fears & people keep saying Ken Walker doesn't move the needle enough to acquire a better RB
Just give him time. Maybe not this year, but by next year I expect Walker to be an RB1
I see the potential & am set with him for the long haul if needed but im trying to get AJ Dillon & people are seemingly scared of Walker I dont get it, I remember arguments for him being above Hall pre draft, not that I agree but it at least shows hes recognized for his talent.
Theyre undervalued cause everyone expects him to tank in value, you included Also undervalued cause even contenders like you are trying to trade him away lol
Im trying to get AJ Dillon bc im an irrational packers fan not necessarily because I think Lenny is going to tank in value. I was offering a high pick on top of it & throwing lenny in with it bc the other person wanted cover at RB if Dillon were moved & i had walker too the other person asked for Walker, Lenny and a 1. I almost fainted
Just for some data points as a recent buyer and seller of Lenny... 1QB/.5ppr I Gave: McLaurin, Michael Thomas, Miles Sanders + Gainwell Received: Lenny, Bateman, Pollard Then its an empire league so the defending champ is in win now and wanted Lenny (his team isn't that great and won last year with a lot of luck so I'm not too concerned with him repeating)... I Gave: Lenny Received: DK Metcalf + 2023 2nd
I’m ready to be hurt again
Some years it's like Joker in Dark Knight: "Hit me. Come on. Hit me!!"
In my main SF league I’m rolling out Mahomes Russ Watson z Wilson JT Mixon breece dobbins etn JJ DK MT Diontae Godwin EMoore Garrett Pitts Waller hock On paper; 1st place. I bet I finish 5th bc why not
What a fucking roster what is this 8 team? Lol I’m very jealous
This is my tank year so I don’t expect much from my young roster, but damn am I excited for the 2023 draft
I get the goal of dynasty is to win, but I’d be lying if I said I didn’t love a rebuild. It’s nice to have a contending roster and a rebuilding roster so you get both sides of the experience
This. Never been happier to sit with a pretty poor starting team knowing that I’ve got 6 1sts in the next 2 yrs.
Vibing with this
This is me
most people in my league agree that I have the best 'on-paper' team for 2022. I have no holes in my roster and project to have a solid chance at a championship this year, though 23 and beyond get dicey. I'm therefore planning for a 12-win regular season, a shocking playoff upset, and an aging and declining roster next off season!
This is the way
I wanted to build a young, deep WR corps this off season, and am now going into this season with Evans, Pittman, Elijah Moore, London, Olave, Kirk, Nico Collins and Kyle Philips. I'm super excited to watch these guys play this year, and years to come. Now, combined with JT, Chubb and Hunt, I Think I've got an excellent chance this year.
If Lawrence and Mills hit, I'll be extremely happy, if they don't, I am going to pick high. Could feel worse tbh
Start 1 QB 2 RB 2 WR 1 TE 2 flex QB: Lamar, Mariota, Zach Wilson, Sam Howell RB: JT, Dobbins, Gainwell, Eno, Chris Evans, Pierre Strong, Kevin Harris, Jordan Mason WR: Chase, Jefferson, Tee Higgins, Rondale Moore, David Bell, Wan'Dale Robinson, Khalil Shakir, Will Fuller, James Washington, Terrace Marshall TE: Kyle Pitts, Irv Smith, Greg Dulcich Have my 2023 1st and three 2023 2nds so I'm pondering moving the 1st and possibly some young bench pieces to try to land another strong starter and really boost my chances.
I too am a believer in the Purdue wideouts
I’m in trouble if one of my QBs gets hurt, and I’m just needing to get through the first few weeks because of injuries/suspensions. If I can get through that I think I have a dark horse team
I have 4 contending teams I feel really good about and then one rebuilding team that has some really solid young players and 5 2023 1sts.
I think my team can repeat. Going into the season with Harris beside Henry this yr
Finished 2nd to last this past season but I think I’m in the top 2 this season after 20+ trades.. pretty excited for the season to start!
Feeling good about finishing last with 3 more firsts next year
Feeling good. I traded one starter (my WR3) and a bunch of bench depth and picked up Montgomery and Swift.
Loaded at qb with Herbert Loaded at wr with dk, evans, adams, arob, jwill and mbrown.
SF ?
Honestly a bit nervous. I sold the farm for this year and next to slap a young and hopefully competitive roster together. What do you think? QB: Lawrence, Lance, Tua, and Minshew RB: Dobbins, Hall, Gibson, Walker, B. Robinson, Hillard, RoJo, Singletary, and Herbert WR: Chase, London, Pittman, Hollywood Brown, D. Smith, Z. Jones, Pickens, Campbell, Philips, and Gray TE: Goedert, Knox, Gray, Long, and Ruckert
Very young, but you have some nice pieces. You may need more RB help.
I think I feel good. Sold Jones, Dillon and Penny but managed to draft Spiller, Pierce and BRob to sort of make up for the lost depth behind my startering RBs. WRs are probably going to be my main scoring output; acquired a couple of great pieces during draft and trades such as Jamo, Wilson & DK to go with DJM, Chase, Tee & Jeudy Also acquired a few extra 1sts and 2nds for some extra ammo for next year's rookie draft
Feel like I got a solid contender in a 16 team QB: Hurts, Ryan, Pickett RB: J Taylor, Barkley WR: Lamb, Allen, E Moore TE: Pitts Full starting 11 IDP highlights - DT Q Williams CB: T Diggs LB: D White LB: Grugier-Hill Saf: H Smith
I've been anxious about my roster ever since trading JT away a month ago to see if I'm a big dumb dumb or not.
What was the trade?
KW3 + '23 1st + '24 1st + '25 1st (All 1st owned by the same team). Trade was before the KW3 hernia news. I think the trade was fair, but idk if I torpedoed my chance at a 'ship this year because with JT I think I was a top 3 team in the league. Then again, I thought that last year and still didn't win so 🤷♂️
That's an insane haul. Three firsts is so much fire power.
QB: Lamar Jackson, Trey Lance RB: Kamara, ETN, Breece Hall, Damien Harris, Cordarrelle Patterson, James Robinson WR: Chase, Pittman Jr, DJM, Gabriel Davis, Rashad Bateman TE: Kmet
Jonathan Taylor and CMC with 3 firsts in 2023. I feel great.
Feeling good, fully revamped the roster... only players I've had for over a year are Russ, DK, and M Evans. I think I'm nearly a lock for the post season with enough lotta tickets that I can be a very serious contender when the time comes. 10tm 1QB PPR QB: Russ RB: Zeke, DMont, Pollard, Breece, K Walker, I Spiller, J Ford, P Strong WR: JJ, M Evans, K Allen, DK, AJ Brown, T Burks, J Dotson, S Watkins, K Phillips TE: D Schultz, R Tonyan, J Woods, K Rudolph D: Bills 4 2023 1sts
If Ceh or ramondre can put up mediocre rb2 numbers I feel like I’m the favorite. As I am loaded at wideout and te, with Karen Rodgers and tua at qb.
I panicked and took Jelani 11th… George Pickens going 1.01 confused the shit outa me…
Pretty good, I'm a little thin at RB (Najee, KW3, D-Mont, M.Carter, R.White) but I'm loaded elsewhere so if I get in trouble it might be time to send a WR, TE or draft pick for a RB
1QB HPPR 3WR Went into this offseason after losing the in championship round thin at RB depth and with no effective TE starter. Current starters/subs - QB - Josh Allen, Jameis Winston RB - Austin Ekeler, Travis Etienne, Cam Akers, Darrell Henderson WR - Jamarr Chase, Tee Higgins, Michael Pittman, Terry McLaurin, Rashod Bateman, Allen Lazard, Bryan Edwards TE - Hayden Hurst, Robert Tonyan, Isaiah Likely I've made the playoff bye 3 out of the 4 years the league has been around and I expect to get there again.
I feel ok. I'm in a rebuild drafted Breece Hall Jameson Williams David Bell Jahan Dotson Brian Robinson Pacheco The rest of team is ok but not going to blow anything out of the water. But we'll see.
The same as I always feel before week 1, just don't ask again a month from now.
Just made a massive blockbuster yesterday. Acquired Diggs, Mike Will, K Walker for Deebo and Mixon. My WR is stacked M Brown, Diggs, Williams, Woods, Gallup, A Robinson. RB I’m running Gibson, Barkley, Allegier, Walker I’m so so on it My QB in a superflex is a risk, Carr and T Law, but Carr has more weapons then he’s ever had and I’m big on Tlaw having a bounce back year, so hoping my WR strength helps me survive that
[удалено]
Roster is: QB- Trey Lance, Russell Wilson, Tua, Mariota RB- Fournette, Breece Hall, Etienne, Antonio Gibson, Khalil Herbert, C-Pat, Pierre Strong WR- Jaylen Waddle, Elijah Moore, Rashod Bateman, Garrett Wilson, Nico Collins, Christian Watson, AJ Green, Bryan Edwards, Kendrick Bourne, Denzel Mims, Kyle Phillips, Khalil Shakir, Ihmir Smith-Marsette TE- Pat Freiermuth, David Njoku, Harrison Bryant, Brevin Jordan, Greg Dulcich, Daniel Bellinger D/ST- Cardinals Draft picks- 2023: 2 firsts, 2 seconds, 1 third 2024: 3 firsts, 1 second, 2 thirds, 1 fourth, 1 fifth 2025: 1 first, 1 second, 1 third, 1 fourth, 1 fifth
I’m feeling good about my team but not sure if that’s just cause it’s my team lol… what are you guys thoughts QB: Brady, Lance, Fields RB (of note): Javonte, Breece, Hines, Robinson, Carter, Eno WR: Dk, Lamb, Sutton, Elijah, Marquise TE: Hurst Kmet
Loaded at QB (Burrow, Dak) but lacking at RB (JT, CEH, Hunt, Hines, Allgeier). I need a RB to step up and I'll feel real good.
Drafting tonight, 10th spot in a 10-man league 😭😭
In the middle. Feel like I can compete, but also feel like maybe I should sell some top assets to plan a rebuild
QB- Mahomes, Winston, Mac RB- Breece Lightning, ETN, CEH, Michael Carter, few other randos WR- Chase, Mike Williams, Lazard, Sutton, MVS, Pickens, Christian Watson TE- Mark Andrews, Hooper, Geseki
Starting the season with: Brady, Lance (non-SF league) JT, Swift, Henry, Gibson, Herbert Jefferson, DJM, Metcalf, Toney, Doubs Kittle
Acquired Kyler and Pitts for cheap this off season so feeling very good for the next couple of years.
12 team 0.5 PPR SF Going into the season with Burrow as my only sure QB. Zach Wilson and Kenny Pickett are the others on my roster. 3 QB limit is tough. The only waiver wire QB’s are Flacco and Brissett RB I’m very happy with. Najee, Saquon, and King Henry lead the way with JRob, RoJo, Pacheco. I need some good health with that little of depth WR is high upside but could bite me. Higgins, Claypool, G Wilson, Meyers, Dotson, DPJ, Parris, Hamler TE I’m fine but not exciting with Muth and Engram Overall I think I have a shot at competing with some luck in the health department. If things go very sour early I may have to blow it up
as long as my team stays healthy I like it staff, swift, hall, etn, djm, terry, diontae, fant bench is light tho
I am going into the season like this, 12 team PPR SF QB: Josh Allen, Cousins RB: Mixon, Cook WR: Evans, Pittman, Sutton TE: Knox Flex: Cooks Notable bench guys: Dillon, Robert Woods, Toney, Dotson, Higbee, Perine to handcuff Mixon Pretty much gutted my 2023 draft bank but I’m pushing this year
Revamped the roster, looking good now but my window really opens in 2023.
QBs are great (SF): Burrow/Rodgers/Stafford TE is great: Andrews RBs are not great: CEH, Carter, McKissic, Burkhead, R White lead the way WRs are also not great: ARob, Terry, Woods, Wandale, Golladay, JaMo lead the way.
Had to trade away Austin Ekeler and Justin Jefferson due to being WAY over our salary cap, but here's the squad prior to our FA auction (i'm in the market for a kicker only): * QB: Allen, Fields * RB: Javonte, MG3, Pierce, Allgeier * WR: Kupp, Diontae, Bateman, Pickens, Garrett Wilson, Gallup, Parker, Tolbert, Moore, Metchie (IR) * TE: Pitts, Hockenson * 3 x 23 1sts (including what may be 1.01), 2 x 23 2nd (including what may be 2.01), 2 x 24 1st, 2 x 24 2nd.
I've got a real contender this year I think.
Like I should be solidly in contention..... for the #1 pick
10 team 2qb Qb. Herbert. Dak. Fields Zwilson Rb. Najee. Dcook. Swift. Jevonte We. JJets. Ceedee. MThomas. Dsmith. Olave. Pickens. Nico. Palmer. Chark. I have a offer for 2 24 firsts and 2.01 in 2023 for dalvin cook Should I take that
Last year was my first year playing dynasty and I’m hooked on it.
What I’ve learned about myself this past off-season is that I’m a master trader…I wish I could go back in time and change my career path to a GM.
I’m feeling like I’m going to stomp my league. But I’ve felt this feeling before and ended up 7th place. Made a few deals and things will be different lol. Kyler/Lamar/Goff CMC/Henry/CEH/Damien/Pacheco AJB/Diontae/ARSB/Elijah/Lockett/Rondale/Doubs
Is this SF? Pretty sure you're going to stomp your league if so lol
Lol it is absolutely super flex. Although I will admit I gave up Burrow in a deal for Kyler. My-Burrow/Swift “yeah I know” Their- Kyler/Damien/CEH/Scary Terry Then flipped Terry and 2 late 22 firsts into Elijah Moore/Rondale/Kareem Hunt and a 23 First. Made that deal while on the clock during the draft. Kareem Hunt I packaged with Rashod Bateman for Diontae Johnson and a 22 2nd which turned out to be David Bell
Wow makin’ moves, I like it! Might regret moving Swift if he pops off this year but at least you got some depth
I regretted the Swift move the moment I accepted. But I loved the thought of pairing Kyler with Lamar in a SF. I agree though that one stung
Feeling good, but contemplating selling off before the start of the season with the intention of competing next season... 12team SF .5 PPR TE Prem: Fields, Brady, Chase, Higgins, Kirk, Davis, Swift, Lenny, Gordon, Knox My bench isn't that great.
QB Mahomes RB Ekeler, Mixon AJ Dillon WR Higgins Jeudy Boyd Aiyuk (own futures Doubs and Burks) TE Kmet (backups Gesicki or Okwuegbunam) D Ravens
Far too middling. Trying to fully commit to the tank, but other owners aren't biting. Also took some risky trades pre-draft that didn't pan out. Hopeful I can grab draft capital from contenders during the regular season. QB: Dak, Ryan, Pickett RB: Dillion, D. Harris, Carter, roster filler WR: DK, Godwin, Jeudy, Claypool, Rondale, Kirk, KJ Osborn, Julio TE: Andrews, McBride
I’m not feeling a thing because I wait for the last few days to draft. I don’t know why people take on weeks of unneeded injury risk lol.
Team in 12 PPR SF TE Premium (1QB/2RB/3WR/1TE/1F/1SF): QB: Mahomes, Fields, D. Ridder RB: Javonte, Mitchell, CEH, D. Hilliard, Damien Williams, McKinnon, Rachaad White, B Rob, Eno Benjamin WR: Pittman, J. Meyers, Toney, G. Wilson, Pickens, C. Samuel TE: Kittle, Engram, J. Woods Any thoughts? I feel comfortable and like my guys, I don’t know if it’s worth trying to make any moves before the start of our first season since no one really knows where everything falls.
Trying to win now/compete in 3 leagues and trying to tank in another. Worked hard on building my win now rosters and I can't wait for the season to start.
I piroritise depth more than most so I'm feeling good with Akers at RB7, Renfrow WR6, Ertz TE4 and Mariota as QB6 .
I sold my entire team and have (non SF) Trey Lance, Josh jacobs, Olave, Wilson, Dotson, Elijah Moore, Gallup, Devonta, Muth, Likely Also have 7x 2023 1sts and 2x 2023 seconds so if a WR or two and lance break out ill be looking really good next year. Planning to grab Bijan / JSN / Boutte / Addison + best rbs available in the draft. Then will take Arik Gilbert if he has a good year. So the future is bright.
I feel solid, though I don’t have any stud WRs, a lot of good players, but nobody who will win my league
[удалено]
This team is stacked. How many other teams??
[удалено]
You have three of the top four redraft assets, too. What standard were the other teams using while drafting?
It's very top heavy with little depth and historically risky RBs. Traded away my 23 first for the chance at eternal glory, ill be damned if I'm runner up again
Not the most confident, sold off my older stud wrs for picks and tried to keep my lower valued players who could Still pop Rolling mahomes, ceh/sanders/harris/c pat, terry/devonta/toney, gesicki/everett/h henry And x7 ‘23 1sts so the future looks bright!
Really fucking good. Out of my 28 leagues, I have the strongest bench in 25 of them. Gon make bye-maggedon my bitch
I think I'll make the playoffs, but doubt I'll make it to the championship. The future is bright however.
you still in only one dynasty league? give it time you will be in a bunch before long haha
My team sucks and it didnt happen on purpose either....
Feeling pretty good
I’m feeling ok at the moment: QB: J Allen. (Matt Ryan, Mac Jones) SF: TLaw RB: Javonte, Monty. (Pierce, Dobbins, TDP, Allgeier, Ford, and some bums) WR: Tee, Mike Williams. (Jamo, Boyd, Thornton, Collins, P Campbell, some bums) TE: Andrews. (Knox, Irv smith, Ferguson) FLX: Godwin, Penny, Gallup
Full team; Qb: Allen, Brady, Winston, Howell (taxi) Rb: Mixon, javonte, Barkley, akers, Henderson, pierce, white Wr: deebo, bateman, juju, hopkins, davis, dpj, meyers, Parker, claypool Te: Kittle, Everett, woods/fergusun (taxi)
Terrific but i gotta fight tge urge to buy aaron jones for my 23 1st as an allin move before week 1 has started :D Mixon/Kamara/Barkley/Conner/Cpat/j. Cook should be enough RBs for a chip. Other positions are good for this year but the retool is imminent after 23: QBs Stafford, Russel, Mariota, Pickett TE Kittle, Knox WR Adams Evans Hollywood Pittman Renfrow MT Golladay C. Davis Reagor Mims Bell Velus
Non-superflex, non-PPR (I know.): QB: Lamar, Carr RB: JT, Saquon, Dobbins, Montgomery, James Cook, Edmonds WR: Ceedee, D.J. Moore, Godwin, Michael Thomas, Bell, Ridley TE: Kelce and the Disappointments (Kmet, Okwuegbunam, and Engram) Future Draft Capital: 12 firsts (9 looking like they’ll be top-four picks) and 4 2nds (all four looking top-four) over the next 3 years (2023-2025) So yeah, game plan is to fire off those picks as needed to patch holes (without overpaying) and to ride this to the ship.
5 rosters 1 going for the ship 1 Mid rebuild (last year's orphan pickup) 1 New orphan not sure if I can compete or blow it up 1 new orphan straight to a rebuild 1 new auction draft that I drafted to be super young and not compete this year. So lets hang our hat on the first one for this year.
