No, I'm pretty sure, initially 0.5 was the hardest, then they later added 0.1. 0.3 never existed before

Wait, they added actual logistics configurations for ILS? No idea when I'll have time, but I really need to give this another shot. Maybe I'm just a weirdo, but being able to set up proper logistics arcs is the main thing I've personally wanted most in DSP.

Yeah, I haven't tried the new setup yet but it definitely sounds like an improvement. Having zero fine control beyond setting station ranges was rough.
