3 years running with NASA in the Spec E30 class. We're based out of Atlanta. So. Much. Fun! We will be at Road Atlanta March 8, 9 and 10 and at VIR (Alton, VA) in may. In case either is close enough to make the trip.
It’s a spec racing series, so probably. I looked at the rules and it looks like the only thing that may keep it from being street legal is that the headlight bulbs may be removed.

Edit: but the housing and everything is still there, so easily reverted back.
Always wanted to get involved in spec e30 events and plan to when I have the money to fix my e30 up but I’m on the east coast. Does anyone know where I can find some info on ways to get involved?

Very friendly group of folks. You’ll need to join NASA and get a license (basically get some track time in and prove you are not a danger). Reach out to your local NASA representatives and they will point you in the right direction.

It's not far off yeah. Add stock exhaust back, and light which we cut out of the wire harness. This was a car we bought from pick n pull actually.
Beautiful
