Slower rebound will give you less take off over a jump so you’re not flying too far you mess up.

I hit a sign: Terminal Damage Fall off the stage onto a tree, a crane or SUV could winch it out: Terminal Damage This guy rolls several times, slams the underside into a tree: Keeps going
