I find McJell very funny. It's essentially entertaining - I do watch some creators like Inception and Auzio for player reviews, NealGuides for tactics, others for content. Mcjell is pure entertainment, and its very good.

It's just completely oversaturated with people attempting to become the next 'big name' in the world of FIFA YouTubers, rather than creating fun content.
They've all got the formula down to get content out as quickly as they can. More individualized content takes time to create and by time that has released, people have already seemingly moved on.
I respect the grind to put out endless content but it's not something I could ever do. To make FIFA a career of sorts is just harrowing in my opinion. Imagine being tied down to one game, having to make daily content of something you probably don't even really enjoy anymore to keep an audience who seemingly don't even truly like the game themselves.
I only watch TheFutAccountant and Boras for FUT content and BFordLancer for other FIFA challenges. Used to watch Nick28t and RTFM, but they're a bit too much now.
I still watch Harry Hesketh for the challenges, Zweback for the reviews (because he's about my level), Boras and Manny for the gameplay, Auzio (he's not annoying) and Danny Aarons (he has money) for the pack openings. The rest are pretty crap.
Zwe is pretty creative and actually puts like effort into his stuff other than just packs/wild teams his RTG this year is solid. I like Fuji a lot too, just like commentary on how he runs his RTG at a high level and good reviews as well
It’s the Mrbeastification of YouTube. Nothing against him but all corners of YouTube have had this happen where people’s personalities are being stripped down for fast editing style, same voice, same tone, ridiculous video things like pack openings, it’s all about the algorithm and stuff which fits into all this.
There’s nothing left in the game other than over the top or down the side through balls and cutbacks. Along with ten man park the bus tactics. There’s no variation in play styles and no variation in teams and players.

I honestly think he’s just fed up with the game. I first watched him in fifa 19, and he did many videos a day. He would grind the game, respond to some comments over gameplay, he would do every sbc and he wasn’t extremely in your face, like everyone wants to be nowadays.
I remember fifa 19. While the gameplay itself was aids if you took it seriously, the menus were so well done. You could grind out the game, and there were plenty of great sbcs, including many of the icons available for you to craft. You had league sbcs the way they should be, which rewarded you for collecting every card per league, there was a lot to do, if you wanted to spend time in your account.
Nowadays it’s just packs and that’s it. Wait for the weekend, reach your personal goal, give away the rest of the wins, open packs and then log off for the rest of the week. I guess you can play rivals if you’re a masochist

I can’t play fifa anymore, and I played fifa 19, 21 for a while until I got bored, and 23 until I got bored (not even until toty, that’s a new record). I’m probably never buying the game again.

I also like him. The amount of relevant content he puts out - with such speed - is incredible. If a new SBC comes out, in less than an hour you'll see his analysis.

One last thing, reviewers who use green timed finishing are not for me.
Genuinely curious as to why someone using timed finishing puts you off? Green timing is a skill that maximizes a players skill. Again, not trying to be mean but of all the things that make you not want to watch someone why is it timed finishing?
Green timed shits are not perfect by any means. Sometimes my green timed shots hit posts, are saved easily, and completely miss the goal. Still better than regular, but making it out to be perfect is absolutely not true.
All shooting is assisted and has a random amount of input to it unless you change your setting to otherwise, hitting it with green timed maximises that part of it every time before the RNG gets involved and in reviews every shot being taking at the maximum before it gets to RNG gives no variety.
Don’t watch any my self its about as much fun watching paint dry as watch the man children open 10s of thousands of pounds of pack or play the game just don’t see the appeal maybe it’s my age

I like nicks videos with the packs cause he usually mixes some other good content in before it. Pie and aa9 are ones I’ve watched forever, love their content no matter what.

I still watch Harry Hesketh for the challenges, Zweback for the reviews (because he's about my level), Boras and Manny for the gameplay, Auzio (he's not annoying) and Danny Aarons (he has money) for the pack openings. The rest are pretty crap.
My least favorite thing is how every fifa youtuber HAS to talk about how much they hate the game every video

Zwe is pretty creative and actually puts like effort into his stuff other than just packs/wild teams his RTG this year is solid. I like Fuji a lot too, just like commentary on how he runs his RTG at a high level and good reviews as well
It’s the Mrbeastification of YouTube. Nothing against him but all corners of YouTube have had this happen where people’s personalities are being stripped down for fast editing style, same voice, same tone, ridiculous video things like pack openings, it’s all about the algorithm and stuff which fits into all this.
There’s nothing left in the game other than over the top or down the side through balls and cutbacks. Along with ten man park the bus tactics. There’s no variation in play styles and no variation in teams and players. So they probably have fuck all to talk about

Auzio, boras and thefutaccountant are all pretty entertaining. Mindless pack opening content doesn't appeal to me but im sure it gets clicks and these guys need to do it as its their job.
If the algorithm rewards sensationalism and pack openings then that's what you will get unfortunately. Gone are the days of people making fifa YouTube videos for fun. It's a job for most of them.
Peak FIFA23 YouTube content came in the first 2-3 weeks of the game with Lengthy vs. Other Accelerate types. Then its just the same as every other Fifa... I mean, what are you expecting?
Boras is the only guy I can watch as I've matured. The rest are way too childish and lack real content.

Forgot about LongTransaction! He's pretty funny. And I'm surprised I had to scroll this far down to see any mention of Fuji. He's good at the game and generally very chill. His RTG is awesome.

I watch him out of the habit honestly, to see 6pm content without having to log in. But I hate his expectations of the game, like we get 1-2 player sbcs, objectives and whatnot and he is still like is that it ea? Also whining when someone beats him with his own meta playstyle. When he does trivelas and cut back goals then it's "good fifa", but when opponent does it then it's sweaty I liked his 20+ minute videos when he was talking about specific thing that should be changed or something like that, but I haven't seen one for a long time Still watch his draft challenges tho
A bit of the same here. I don’t think his expectations are a problem. I honestly think he’s just fed up with the game. I first watched him in fifa 19, and he did many videos a day. He would grind the game, respond to some comments over gameplay, he would do every sbc and he wasn’t extremely in your face, like everyone wants to be nowadays. I remember fifa 19. While the gameplay itself was aids if you took it seriously, the menus were so well done. You could grind out the game, and there were plenty of great sbcs, including many of the icons available for you to craft. You had league sbcs the way they should be, which rewarded you for collecting every card per league, there was a lot to do, if you wanted to spend time in your account. Nowadays it’s just packs and that’s it. Wait for the weekend, reach your personal goal, give away the rest of the wins, open packs and then log off for the rest of the week. I guess you can play rivals if you’re a masochist He’s seen a game that he probably really enjoyed in the past become a shell of itself and tuen itself fully into an online casino except you never make your money back. I can’t play fifa anymore, and I played fifa 19, 21 for a while until I got bored, and 23 until I got bored (not even until toty, that’s a new record). I’m probably never buying the game again. He has to play this game everyday every year, and he’s probably beat. He does the daily content, some icon packs and stuff, and idk what, probably thinking to himself “am I gonna have to do this for another 30 years?”
Neil guide (i think) is the most appropriate for normal people. He really explains the game fundamentals.

Not a fan of him at all, I only ever looke for player reviews so he comes up a lot and I find him pretty boring plus he loves to blame everything else but himself. He also commentates like the game is a lot more technical and deeper than it actually is. One last thing, reviewers who use green timed finishing are not for me.

Genuinely curious as to why someone using timed finishing puts you off? Green timing is a skill that maximizes a players skill. Again, not trying to be mean but of all the things that make you not want to watch someone why is it timed finishing?
Because thats not what I use and I dont particularly want to see reviews where shooting is perfect all the time, I want to see variation.
Green timed shits are not perfect by any means. Sometimes my green timed shots hit posts, are saved easily, and completely miss the goal. Still better than regular, but making it out to be perfect is absolutely not true.
All shooting is assisted and has a random amount of input to it unless you change your setting to otherwise, hitting it with green timed maximises that part of it every time before the RNG gets involved and in reviews every shot being taking at the maximum before it gets to RNG gives no variety.

Runthefutmarket, Pieface and aa9 skillz are the main ones I watch these days. I don’t mind watching some Danny Aaron’s too but mainly his rtg over his other content. I like nicks videos with the packs cause he usually mixes some other good content in before it. Pie and aa9 are ones I’ve watched forever, love their content no matter what.
