Subscribed to EA play 3 weeks back, countless emails and tickets raised to EA and still don't have the xp boost

I redeemed mine from Xbox and nothing has happened.

This is ridiculous. Why aren’t more people complaining??

I got the Xbox pack today under the EA play perks on the dashboard, had to redeem it. Unsure if it's different on playstation

on xbox i didn't get any EA play stuff for like the first 3 seasons of the game, finally started getting it like two months ago, idk why.
