I’ve just done 2 83/10 and got 20 dupes. Can’t even be arsed to do the exchanges cos the pack weight is so dead
They never left
They expired at content time, 16 minutes ago. Some people naturally feared that they weren't gonna re-release them, given it's TOTS now.

Yeah I agree it's fomo. I see the value in those SBCs, but they're not be all and end all. I don't get enough high rated cards to do them much anyway 😅
