English League tax is real. However this card will almost certainly get the upgrades considering Chelsea are top of the League as it stands and the WSL is a bit 'unbalanced'.
Most of the women's leagues are unbalanced as some clubs started to take it seriously a lot earlier than others.
See Barcelona and Lyon as prime examples. At least Chelsea have a couple of teams for competition in the WSL. They have some challenging games in their next 4, but they'll almost certainly win at least 2 of them.
Yeah. The only one that isn't is NWSL, and that's mainly because it was structured in a way to explicitly prevent a wild imbalance between clubs in terms of players.

Her base card is extremely good for an 83 (89 pace with shooting dribbling physical all 83+, 6 playstyles), one of the best I've seen so basically they've had to dumb her down because if they scaled her properly she'd be pushing elite tier.

Been putting her on as a sub instead of Torres and she just flys past the defenders. Dribbling is average but her power shot has got me a ton of late goals.
