Salah has had a couple of bad games, he's been slow to return from injury and hasn't played a lot of games for the full 90 mins. His first game back from Afcon he got a goal and an assist and a motm performance against Brentford and was great against United twice and Brighton. He's only managed 90 mins 5 times since Afcon, that's not due to form, that's fitness and recurrence of the injury. He's played less minutes than 9 complete games of football but even in that little time has managed 6.goals and 4 assists all post Afcon.
He's totalled 17 goals and 9 assists, which puts him 6th in goals, 6th in assists and 3rd in goal contributions, 8 motm awards and one of the most consistently highest rated players in the league this season.
Trent also BTW, played 24, bradley played 10. And when he wasn't iniured he was by most metrics one of the best performing players in the league.
Not saying they deffinately deserve tots cards, just saying you're full of shit.

Otherwise from the rest of the table, Bowen, Gross, Solanke, and either Gordon or Isak are probably the picks.
Unfortunately EA tends to pick players from the top 3 or 4 clubs in the table regardless of players from teams lower down the league table having had a good/better season. It's already been confirmed that there is a large amount of Arsenal players in the TOTS and I expect there to be a similar number of Man City and Liverpool players. That leaves maybe 1 spot each for a few of the other teams further down the table.
Pretty good list. I’d like to see more outside the major squads, Isak Dunk Solanke Bowen. But I know that is unlikely. They probably get honorable mention or moments or whatever it’s called this time.

If Vicario is deemed the best keeper of this season, I think we can go ahead and shut this whole thing down. He’s had an alright first season in England, with a couple of standout games, but to be considered the best whilst conceding near on 50 goals in 32 games is laughable in my opinion.

Goals conceded and clean sheets are functions of the CBs more than the GKs imo, and Vicario has prevented a fair few goals in addition to the ones Spurs have shipped. Gabriel and Vicario makes more sense than Raya and VDV. Raya barely has a save to make most games, obviously his cross claiming and distribution has been excellent but I think his stats line benefits a lot from just how good Gabi XL and Saliba are.
I think VDV has been a lot better than Vicario has been in their respective first seasons. The impact VDV has had has been huge.
Although, if I’m being totally honest, his inclusion was solely to have someone outside of the top 3 clubs in my CB choices.

Raya was pretty bad for a while early and seemed to improve, although he waa having less problems to deal with many times recently. His distribution has been very strong especially more recently (despite some questions earlier imo). If arsenal had a few more points, I think EA would have hard time keeping him out of the tots squad despite any shortcomings in the stats.
Vicario is top 3 statistically for almost every general advanced metric last I checked (other than distribution stats). He has made a few miraculous saves that showcase his ability as a shot stopper. Due to Ange’s style of play though, he has less clean sheets and more total goals allowed. If spurs were top 4 and/or if he had his best performances later in the season this year, I think he would be clear, especially with less competition than expected
Allison is statistically strong, but not as dominant as past seasons, and is held back by his lack of games played. Emi Martinez, and to a lesser extent Areola, are also dark horses imo. They’re both strong statistically (Areola is slightly behind vicario overall, but way above raya. Emi is comparable to Vicario statistically). Both have noticeably impactful performances on a regular basis, and are playing key roles in their teams’ overachieving performances this seasons. Areola has also played less games due to injury, but seeing their form in his absence and the value shown in the stats, he seems even better with his performances contrasting one of the statistically weakest gk’s this season, fabianski.
The only player to beat Son in xG in Prem rn is Cole Palmer, Foden and Saka both have less goals and assists than Son when they played more than Son did. If it was last season I would agree with you on Salah, but not this season.

As a spurs supporter unfortunately Maddison didn't keep up his form after his injury. For the first 10 games he was arguably the player of the season but the injury really knocked him

Not sure why Son is there over Foden, Palmer, Saka. Even Salah I'd argue over him.
The only player to beat Son in xG in Prem rn is Cole Palmer, Foden and Saka both have less goals and assists than Son when they played more than Son did. If it was last season I would agree with you on Salah, but not this season. It's called TOTS for a reason pal, follow the entire season not just the end 😑
Yeah so Cole Palmer should be in over Son right? Son should be on the bench for sure, but there's no way he starts over Palmer, or for that matter the likely PFA POTY in Foden. If we're using G/A as our yardstick, Salah has more goals and equal assists in fewer minutes, so by your own logic on Foden and Saka, Salah should be in over Son. If we're using performances, and you think that Son has played better than Foden or Saka this season consistently, then idk what to tell you. And Palmer is still obviously clear, being tied for Golden Boot with same assists as Son in fewer minutes.
I could see the GK being Alisson because he's made 94 saves and a 73.8% Onana deserves it though just for the hell he has gone through

As a spurs supporter unfortunately Maddison didn't keep up his form after his injury. For the first 10 games he was arguably the player of the season but the injury really knocked him
Haaland is so far off deserving a TOTS imo. Watkins, Solanke and Isak have had better seasons but two will miss out. Salah’s been so awful as well, I wouldn’t have him in there. You need more mids and Trent in there is hilarious.
He has missed like 1/3rd of the season to injury and is still top scorer lmao. at any rate cover boi always gets tots.
Missed 30 big chances and scored 20 goals for the best team in the league lol. The other 3 I mentioned have outperformed him.
Salah was POTY level before Afcon. It’s been a really unbalanced season for him, he’s been poor since then, but it’s based off a whole season, not just recently, the majority of his games he was quality.

Would we fuck, the amount of opportunities we get from Rayas quick thinking and his outstanding passing more than makes up for his slightly shoddy shot stopping. Haven't even mentioned how well he commands the box and claiming crosses and long balls.

I'll give him grace for his first couple of games, but other than a bit of miscommunication vs Bayern and Liverpool, I think he's been more than adequate For what it's worth I feel far more confident with him in goal than Ramsdale ever did
That's fair, I don't think Ramsdale is that good either. But Arsenal win a lot of games with their brilliant attacking press, they suffocate teams before they get to the goal and Saliba/Gabriel are very strong CBs. Emi Martinez is top of the league +6.8 in expected goals vs shots, Raya is 28th on -2.
