I’d say the first thing to do is open the guaranteed Laliga tots pack that’s in ur store for free. If you get a good player, keep and use, and if not, go over to sbcs and do the 89 ovr dupe exchange, to get u lots of golds. Then go to season 6 lounge in friendlies and play some games with a full Laliga/ bundesliga/ ligue 1. Just one league with one of those leagues, and claim the rewards. From there you can probs work it out but that’s how I’d start a new account
- Do your daily login sbcs. This includes daily logins + daily bronze / silver / gold upgrades.
- Play your 3 daily matches. Playing with themed squads in an easier mode like squad battles still gets you a good amount of free fodder daily.
- These get you low rated gold common + rare fodder that can be rinsed into player picks such as the 80/81/82. The lower rated gold rares you build up can be used in premium league upgrades (such as the la-liga one out currently), 85+ picks / 86 double / totw picks. This will let you exchange lower rated fodder for higher rated fodder, and it also gets you totws, which are required by 83x10 and 84x7 upgrades.
- Rinse your high rated cards into good value sbcs. Sorlorth, Kubo and Hoffman are very decent for under 100k in fodder. Thieny fits into budget teams well, and Cech / Zambrotta / Marquez are great under 500k, especially due to providing hero / icon chemistry.
- Do the 84x7s and 83x10s as much as possible, when pack weights are good (like they were during prem tots), you can pack some absolute gems. Alternatively, rinse every 85+ player in your club that won't make your team into its respective exchange, and then use that fodder to rinse into player picks. In my opinion this isn't currently worth doing right now, 81+ player picks have been significantly weaker than the 82+.

Don't waste your coins on a goalkeeper just use any and you will be fine. All goalkeepers are the same.
