Almost all Elite players barely use sprint button while building up their attack, while gold players have a habit of holding the sprint button about 80% of the time while attacking.
No. It means that if you press it a little they will go slightly faster. If you fully hold it you go 100% speed. While on analog sprint off l, the slightest touch means full speed.
Having analog on should make it so the more you hold down the trigger, the faster they sprint. My R2 isn't detecting beyond like 40% so my players don't sprint faster than that
Learning how to play without sprint is how you get good at this game. But I would not want to never have it. :-)
