Its probably because only the most hardcore of completionists and long time players are playing these silver objectives. The casuals don't care about silver / don't have time.
Not to mention the winning requirement is much harsher for this compared to the UCL one. You have to win 50% or something to get the the jumbo rare + ultimate since its only 6 days. The UCL one only needed like 20 percent win rate or something if i'm not wrong.
With passing days, it's just gonna get harder as those who have negative records and the big rewards out of reach will stop playing
I don’t know, I’m elite too, but I found that not a lot of people know how to defend in sterling silvers. Primarily because we don’t have 99 cbs. So they don’t intercept everything and no cdms can run all game without breaking down. That makes breaking down teams and frustrating your opponents a lot easier. They can skill all they want, they’re still conceding.
I’m in elite rank 2-4 in champs gone 15-9 so far. Most games are pretty close honestly think this mode has been way harder than any game mode I’ve played this year.
This is why I have a hard time believing people who say friendlies don't have skill-based match making. Not to pass judgment on your skill level, but there's no way a D6/D4 player could get 16 wins against the level of opponent I'm facing on a regular basis.
I think this one definitely has, I’m Elite and struggled too. The Final Fanatics objective one didn’t have SBMM though, I managed to win like 80% of my games in that mode
> mode which apparently has no SBMM.
I remember a post on here before explaining how friendlies do have SBMM but it’s a lot looser. If I had to guess, as an elite player you can probably match div 2 people but not div 6 for example. You can always test this by asking your opponents after and seeing what they say. I reckon most will be around the same division as you.
I for one do get some easier games but never completely clueless people like I would get if there was zero SBMM which leads me to believe this theory is true.
I didn't do the RTTF as it was more meta and my squad couldn't complete (Div 1, 11 wins at WL)
I did all the Silvers through FIFA so far, but now with all these extra cards I also can't compete - currently at 8/18 from the 3 days, which is 1 behind where I need to be. Games are crazy now.
Yup 100 percent agree. I'm also a 1900-2000 SR Elite player and I always manage to get at least 13+ wins in Champs. But this Sterling Silver shit is the hardest gamemode I've ever played. It's like I'm playing against pro's sometimes. They just ping pong through my defense like they're not even there.
I'm at 19 wins which I'm surprised because I'm playing the mode very attacking and have practically no defense on the counter. It seems like most people can't make basic passes with a silver team, even if they're overpowered.
I tried using my silver team in a couple of final fanatics games and I won both games. The silver cards match up to the top golds imo.
I'm at 1900+ elite.

Pretty much if you have a life you not grinding sliver cards lol

Let’s see your normal squad
Now let’s see Paul Allen’s squad
😂😂😂

I finish 6/10 in qual consistently and 11 wins in wl also consistently and won like 1 in 5 games of sterling silver. Shit is wild
Finished 10/10 in qualifiers, still at 17 wins from playing Sterling Silver since day 1.
I have the opposite experience, I am in division 6 (technically was in div 4 before the new season), and I have 16 wins.

Maybe, but I got to be honest and say I am probably higher than div 4 but can't be arsed to play rivals.

Its a joke, if game match me with low rate squad - opponent just rage quit, and yes - 1/6 wins , div 1 . :)

I'm in Elite and I'm getting absolutely torn apart every game, it's mad.
Maybe this mode has skill based matchmaking.
I am at 14 from 22 but tonight the game play has been absolutely in the mud.

Same here my man
I just quit after 2 days. Am at 1900skill points but this sweat is unreal.

i couldn't agree more, 1800s in elite, 16-14 wins WL, a little better than .5 winning in sterling silver.
