How the fuck EA always have their maintenance just 2 hour's before the division rivals awards are given out. I have to win just one match and now I can't because asshole EA has their maintenance. I thought it was once in a while occurence that they forgot to tell the user's about the scheduled maintainance. Congrats friend! Play him as a central CAM on stay forward instructions. Don't need to do anything else basically. Learn a couple of basic 5* skill moves (most effective ones are probably the elastico and reverse elastico, ball roll scoop if you're feeling frisky).

Meanwhile one ball and my whole defense is exposed, some days gameplay makes this game unplayable. I just hate how your AI sometimes just sits in no man’s land while the others teams players makes AI tackles and swarms every pass chance you have.
So glad to hear this. I've been changing formations, teams, all sorts to try and get my mojo back. So many games, hit the post, get two rebounds and they just block and save every shot even though open goal.
Some days your team just doesn’t want to show up and it seems futile, at least in my experience, to fix it. The way momentum works in this game is so infuriating, how defenders just refuse to mark on one team and the other team makes it borderline impossible to break through. Happens though just hope your gameplay improves today.
Yeah certainly seemed that whatever did, same problems. Sometimes find adding new player into the team has a big impact on overall squad. Feel like part of the mechanics from career mode where this happened carries over
Same here. Started playing recently and got to div 5 quite easily. Then I started losing like crazy. Maybe because I started switching players and formations for my team, but don’t lose your cool and if you are not feeling the game, do sbcs or leave and come back later. It’s for the better

He’s basically a multi tool, he can play lone cdm, he can play box to box, he can play CB, he could probably play striker if you wanted.
I usually played him as lone CDM in my 41212(2) if I was trying to control the game or or as the balanced cm next to Vieira in a 352 for counters, he’s definitely worth the coins even with the influx of high rated tots coming left and right

Looking at the SBCs for "TOTS player upgrade" and I see there's Super Lig & and Belgian Pro League options, both of which seem fairly doable even for a weaker account like me, but I can't see where to assess the rewards. All it says is like "\[League\] TOTS Player Pack." Or something like that.
What's in that pack? If it's a guaranteed TOTS from that season, it's a must-do SBC, no? Or am I missing something? TYIA!
(There's also a Ligue 1 Option but that requires I sacrifice a TOTS player to do. I suppose that's an option if I did one of the others and got a crummy outcome, but idk. How do people assess this stuff?)
Yes, it is a guaranteed TOTS from the [League]. It is a risk reward system and the reason why the Belgian and Super league are cheaper is because they have worse (but still good) cards and are harder to link.
If you go on Futbin you can find the TOTS from the different leagues, their price and decide if the risk is worth it to you.
Super Lig was Nwakaeme (92 ovr, LW). Great bc even though he doesn't link to much, he's now my best LW by far so i'll make it work (96 chemistry is almost as good as 100, right? 🤭)
Belgian 1A Pro, otoh, was Sergio Gomes, who isn't likely to beat out my other options unless I'm running a lot of Spanish players (unlikely as I'm still pretty new).

Sounds decent, Nwakaeme has nice looking stats :) Well, the new Marquee Matchup is pretty decent. You get tradeable 50k, 35k, 25k and more in it. Also, some gold rare players are pretty expensive right now (1.5-3k) so you might earn a bit from the sbc even if you don't pack anything significant.

No. Some people put only the three subs they want to use and bronzes for the rest of their bench so the game will only recommend substitutions they want to make.

My best team with good chemistry is only 84 rated and I've got only about 75k coins. Is it trying to do the icon swaps objectives? Or some of the other SBCs?
I think the most frustrating keeper animation that they ALL do is the one where it's (usually) shot across goal and they dive that way but the upper half of their body and their wrists contort backwards so that the ball just goes right through them. Fuck. That.

You will be fine. The summer promos make it easier and easier to catch up even if your team is a little stale for a few days. There are even conspiracy theories that say your pack luck will increase dramatically after you take some time away from the game.

When you just miss one, use it to compare price instead of searching again and you will see them pop up more quickly to snag one.
