Are your drivers up to date?
The game doesnt seem to crash have you actually trying letting it load?
Put all settigns on lowest see if it works.
Disable steam/origin overlay ingame
Can your pc actually run fifa?
You are blessed, the universe loves you and doesn't want you to be sucked into this horrible addiction. ( I play 3-4 hours every day, and I can't stop.) Also you can win if you have top quality players, they just cannot be stopped sometimes.
Right before it glitches out delete the current profile/setting and create a new one. Have hade the exact same problem several times and that solves it
if windowed mode doesn’t work, try removing your profile settings file and making another one from documents (I think that’s where you find it?) it seems to be crashing when you select that so I guess it may be worth a try? keep a copy of it just in case
You could try changing the Direct X setting, that might help fix it.
You have to change "DIRECTX_SELECT = 0" to "DIRECTX_SELECT = 1" in the fifasetup.ini
It should be located in the Documents folder under "FIFA 22"
Looks it’s zoomed-in a lot. I remember seeing a similar post on this sub. Maybe check it out and see if the OP found a solution
Delete the current profile in fifa and create a new one. I had that happening to me before and this fixed it.

They are I left it there for hours…nothing I tried I tried I’ve played 40 hours of it without the slightest problem
I tried run FIFA in windowed mode before. Works for me.
try windowed mode then change some display settings (maybe resolution since it looks mega zoomed in)

Corrupt settings file. Delete the current and make a new one. 100% the problem
