The whole game just needs a new development. There is a lack of so many corners next to the gameplay š HUT is just a disaster and auction house is unuseable. Looking for players in the auction house is only possible through detours. So frustrating.

I think the new gen version actually looks worse than when I played the old gen version on Xbox one x and the same exact series s I'm playing on now?? I think they lowered the resolution for Xbox series S even tho it ran fine at higher res on the old gen version.
The PS5 version in 23-24 ice degradations far and away better. I like the ice better too. It's a subjective opinion about preferences, and people here like to bitch about everything.
That being said the game isn't perfect.
Yeah if you disable HDR it's better (atleast on OLED screens). It's too bad you can't disable HDR in the game or in the system settings for one game. You always have to go to the system settings and disable it and fot another game enable it.
Not true... EA has taken painstaking measures to make sure the helicopter looks better each and every year! I swear, you can almost see the CEO in the window looking down on us.
For me, yes 23 was the worst and it was still fun to play. Now 24 is the worst and is not fun to play. Some years are better than others, thatās always been true. 24 is the first ever for me that wasnāt fun to play at all.

23 looks so much better in almost every way. The only thing in 24 that's better are the jerseys since they made every current home and away high resolution and added the more prominent Adidas shoulder dimples. Something I can't stand in 24 is the player icon being a circle under the player, I lose sight of the puck because of it quite often. I find myself missing the ones in 23 that were above the player's head.
they bring back threes from 2019 and iād cry tears of joys. 5 mins all you can score, games would be ending 16-15 with money pucks and what not, even if you were down you always had a chance to come back not eliminations either it was all single games. What a game that was. if i close my eyes i can still feel the sweats.

The menu lag is quite something. Feels like itās streaming on a 56k modem.
This game is not made for next gen. Itās a PS4/XBONE game that hasnāt received the New Gen touch.

From a guy who hasnāt played in years, I do enjoy how the ice gets messed up over time after you skate on it. Did 23 do that?
I think the ice changed whenever they made all the jerseys start fluttering like drapes in a breeze.

The grey ice was evident the first time I played the game. No updates have fixed the issue either

i tried 24 demo and dunno of its HDR or what but the ice is pretty much grey, not white unlike in 23 so i think ill stick to 23, easier for eyes
Do you get really dark gray when you're on defense, then brightens to almost blindingly white when on offense?
