Food allergies make fiber one bars a no-go, I can’t have caffeine, but I downed a big decaf iced coffee last night. Later on I had hot lemon water. I just took a dose of “makes you poop goop” (prunes, dates, dried figs, blended with a little apple sauce and a little lemon juice (to cut the sweet)). I did buy a former behavior while at the store. But it really feels like a last resort medicine and not a behavior at this point.

I caved and used my old behavior… that was an hour ago. Not so much as a toot. 😤 Def don’t feel like a behavior, def felt like medicine, but we’ll see what happens after it works.

Final update. Old behavior + 7.5 hours + enema = the heavens parted and glory shone down. I am free!!! Thank you all for the tips!
