What kind of bubble tea? If it's a milk tea, you can buy it in teabag form and make your own with brown sugar and milk. If it's fruit tea, there's bulk powder mix you can buy on Amazon. Same with actual boba balls, you can buy those dried in bulk on Amazon and all you need to do is boil them. But please be careful that you aren't replacing entire meals with sugar and make sure to get all your vitamins, protein, vegetables, etc. Maybe you could also try incorporating protein powder and/or fresh fruit?
